The property was nice clean and spacious. I liked the resort feel and having a 2 bedroom apartment. Negatives: Laundry facilities were good but communal. You have to pay for WiFi if you want it. The floors are thin and you can her your neighbours walking around above.

Property was close to SeaWorld Parks so minimal driving time in heavy Orlando traffic. The units were clean and property had all essential facilities without being too big. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Close to Seaworld/Aquatica-very clean and well equipped kitchen-comfortable beds-enjoy the balcony! Bathroom is nice and spacious! The sofa and matching chairs could be more comfortable but overall condition is excellent!

We were wowed by our unit. Nicely equipped kitchen, comfy beds, balcony overlooking courtyard. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy access to laundry. Only negative was that access to wifi was not included without paying. Otherwise, i highly recommend staying here.

The 2-bedroom/2 bath unit was the perfect size for our family of 5. The. Check in wait time was terrible (a few hours after the published time).Felt like since we are not Worldmark owners, we were their last priority, especially when we decline to attend their WM ownership presentation. Not sure will return to this property.

I wish there was a play area or larger children's area at the pool for kids. Otherwise, it ticked all the boxes and we enjoyed it greatly!

Great place
Overall it was very clean, very nice, and comfortable. All we needed. The only thing i would complain about is that the apartment i was supposed to get with the number of bedrooms is not what i ended up getting for the number of people we were. Considering i had booked months in advance, and was never made aware thst i would not have enough beds for my kids and then only find out upon arrival and be told that its too late and that there is nothing they can do because they are overbooked and because i booked with a third party it was "their fault" for overbooking guests and not the hotel. Nade me disappointed. But after driving 2 days from canada to florida with 5 kids and having no where else to go we had to make do. Apart from this this resort seems like a great place. Wish we had stayed longer and had gotten to see it more and weather would have been nice to have tried out the outdoors stuff.

Good Stay
This condo was in really good condition (other than the main door had a small hole at the bottom), especially liked the exterior building paint colors. Overall condo size was on the smaller size, but enough room for the five of us. Living area was small, but we really did not have the time to use it as were busy with theme parks. This was a 2BR condo. The main bedroom had attached bathroom (shower only). The shower was small in size. The location is very convenient (Publix within a mile) and close to all the attractions. For the price it was a really good. One negative was that wifi was not included and you have to pay per device. Who does not include wifi these days, especially in Orlando?

Was nice few days nice first impression but wasn't very inviting when going to our rooms a bit tacky outside the rooms although once inside our rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were very nice although we didn't appreciate trying to be sold another holiday on arrival at the desk when we had been awake for over 24 hours and also to be told one of our rooms wasn't ready

The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for Wi-Fi. There were five of us and the charge was higher by the number of devices. Not cheap. Other than that, everything was lovely. Property grounds and units were spotless. Will definitely stay again.

Room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was spacious, decorated nicely and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Only small issue was the shower glass door leaked alot of water out on the floor and we had to use and dry several towels daily. Also the only other input is when people stay for a longer period (10 days for us) maybe call/ text to see if we need any toiletries/fresh towels/etc. Definitely would stay again.

There was only one electric charging station and we were told it was fast charging but was not. The 3-4 electric vehicles on property were all vying for time and it takes about 8 hours to."fill". The carpets were gross (havent been deep cleaned or replaced in a long time) but the room was extremely spacious. Laundry was not in unit and not on every floor.

We go to Orlando to a yearly conference. The two bedroom suite where we stayed was very comfortable because each bedroom has a bathroom and a separate climate unit. Very quiet and private. We're just men that don't like to share bedrooms and this facility has exactly what we need for the price of a regular hotel. Loved it!!

Good, but…
The location was good and most of the amenities we good as well. The only complaints I have are the mattress was super worn and uncomfortable, behind the washing machine disgusting and had dead bugs, and they will push you to do a time share presentation if you aren’t already apart of them. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Affordable Paradise!
Staff was great. I was the last guest to check in. They were so friendly and welcoming. I drove 12 hours from TN and they called me to check on me during the trip. The room was beautiful, clean, and like being at home, not a hotel. I would definitely recommend the Kingstown Reef and will stay there anytime i visit Orlando. Its located close to eveything, restuarants, shopping and Universal Studios. All view from tge balconies were amazing!

We had a nice family stay for 2 nights. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable in the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We had many amenities, full kitchen (stocked for using), a pull out sofa and a nice patio. The pool was and hot tub were refreshing. We had fun playing ping-pong and putt- putt. The staff were wonderful. Near Disney, Sea world, restaurants and shopping. We did agree to a 90 minute time share presentation (for a 7 night vacation). They went a little long and got a little too pushy.
