Good and Bad points, but overall OK

Posted Jul 19, 2016
Pros: The apartments were clean and very spacious, which suited our party of 5 adults.
Cons: If you advertise Continental Breakfast, you need to offer a Continental Breakfast and NOT just stopping serving it. The hotel decor is dated and needs
Location: The resort is remote and you need a car, but it is very local to all Disney parks.
We booked via Expedia and we searched hotels in Orlando by Breakfast included and we chose the WorldQuest Resort, only to discover, on arrival that they had discontinued the Continental Breakfast and they only offered Coffee and Muffins What made it worse was that they offered us 50% off on breakfast purchases in the shop (which were vastly inflated). This resort is suited for short-term stays from USA with your own transport. No kettle, which is a big miss when you from the UK. The decor is dated but clean. Overall, it was OK

Nice and roomy 3 bedroom condo.

Posted Jul 18, 2016
Pros: I liked the condo size.
Cons: More amenities needed on location. Only pool and poolside bar available. Major improvements with towel/room cleaning service, especially extra fee.
Location: Location was perfect. Very close to Disney Springs and short ride to Disney parks.
Spacious and comfortable setting for family vacation. Pro: Spacious with nice balcony and view. Cons: Poor service for towel service which is an additional $6 per day. Not pleased with room cleaning service, which was also extra fee. Upon checkout, expressed lack of towel/room service to resort and requested to have fee removed. Overall...enjoyable.

Nice and quiet apartment hotel

Posted Jul 16, 2016
Pros: Lots of space in the apartment, lots of parking spaces
Cons: While our reservation includes 'Continental Breakfast' - they only offer coffee and muffins, either offer what is promised or change the offer.
A very nice location, very spacious apartments with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Clean inside and outside. Friendly staff. Free internet which actually works well (compared to many other free internet offers, which are extremely slow or unable to connect)

Rooms very spacious

Clean, large rooms, nice pool - Only downfall with this hotel, there's not much to do. You have to leave the resort for entertainment.

Supert hotell/leilighetskompleks. Store fine rom, flott uteområde, hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. 4 gang vi har vært der, og vil booke der neste gang vi er i Orlando.

Close to Disney Parks, tucked in a quiet area.

Posted Jul 15, 2016
Easy check in, spacious rooms. Beautiful swimming pool. Basically we used the hotel to sleep & shower because we were in the parks all day. The rooms are clean, my one reccomandation would be to get new blankets. The also serve as the bedspread & it's a sloppy look to see a ratty blanket when you open the bedroom door. Like that we were in a gated property & you could park in front of you room. Very nice place to stay, also was easy to book through Expedia.

Great area few minutes from Disney & outlets easy to get around. Everything is great the only complain is the wifi signal it's terrible but other then that is great! Totally recommend it specially for large families!

Old condo resort

Posted Jul 11, 2016
The staff was rude and lazy . The place was old. The jet tub had black dirty stuff comes out when used . Shower had lots of mold. Kitchen had lots of little bugs like spiders . Beds were not clean . The resort attract lots of bad customers due to it low rates We were at the pool and over heard a family complaints about some theft . We didn't believe it until we experience it ourselves. If you stay here watch your stuff by the pool some low lift try to steal my husband Nike sandals. Security guy fell a sleep on job duties.

Problems with Wi-Fi, room temperature

Posted Jul 10, 2016
Rooms are very spacious, very nice location, grounds are beautiful . beautiful pool. When I reserved it was clearly indicated free Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi was too weak to use. It was very important to me because I had to work while I was there. In the end I had to use my own cell phone Internet package to work, this will cost me at least 100$. And rest of the family were not too happy about no Wi-Fi either. A technician came to confirm the problem, and he said it was very weak, so he'll report it to the front desk. When I checked out the day after the lady didn't say anything until I mentioned it myself, she said she had indeed a note in her book about it, and that she would write me an email in the afternoon to tell me if they would compensate me somehow through Expedia. She didn't contact me. In one of the 3 bedrooms, the temperature was OK (main bedroom), in the one with 2 beds it was very warm, and in the one with the double bed it was freezing cold. With a little improvement I might go back to the hotel because the rest was very good , but right now it was a deception to me for the price paid.
