No included breakfast as described on Expedia website. We were told that Expedia already KNEW that they no longer served breakfast! The outside halls had beer cans, trash and even FECES!! We reported the feces in the stairway twice but three days later (on the day we checked out) it still had not been picked up. The linens were too short for their beds and very low quality. So, I would not recommend this accommodation!

Beds and pillows not so comfortable. Front desk never answered phone when we called.

Bad Service

Room was dirty. Hotel comped room. Truck was burglarized on property. Hotel did not help with any part of this tragedy. Terrible and costly Stay

I have stayed at the world Quest on multiple occasions. Very roomy. Close to all the attractions. Clean. I will continue to stay at the world quest for future visits.

Nice Hotel For a Family Trip to Orlando

Pros: Very nice spacious rooms.
Cons: Free breakfast would be nice since they don't clean rooms or charge for cleaning the rooms at the end of your stay. HD cable TV would be nice.
Location: Walmart, Target, and most restaurants within 2-3 miles distance. Hotel staff was extremely helpful with choices and directions.
We booked this hotel for our recent family trip to Orlando. Very spacious and clean rooms. Close to all Disney and Universal Parks. Reasonably priced, thanx to expedia points/credit deals. The $40 room cleaning fees per stay was unclear at the time of booking with expedia and the rooms are not cleaned or provided with fresh towels daily because it is a resort as opposed to a conventional motel/hotel. Despite the room cleaning fees, the resort was an excellent value for money because the room was just like an apartment with full kitchen (fridge, microwave, plates, knives, spoons and glasses), dish washer, laundry (washer & dryer). we got the 2 rooms suite which had its own bathroom. The other room had 2 twin beds with its own bathroom. The room also came with a starter pack of dish washing detergent & laundry detergent. Huge pool with hot tub and towels. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend. A ++++

Three times the charm!

Pros: Clean Location to Disney is very close.
Cons: Only complaint. Charged for cleaning service when declined.
Excellent hotel. This was our third visit and its very good!

Great condo ! Close to airport and Disney !

Pros: Pool area is great !! Loved two separate bedrooms and two baths

Great front desk staff !! Our flight arrived early in the morning and was able to check in early !! Loved the free shuttle to Epcot !! Only problem was a leaky hot water tank, they came right away to look at it, but never did fix it while we were still there (although we never ran out of hot water, so that was ok) We requested a late check out, which we were able to get, than used the pool facilities until we had to leave for the airport. This was our 2nd time staying here, both times sharing the condo with friends, so loved the separate bedrooms and 2 baths ! We will definitely stay here again !!
