staff was amazing! I left my brand new apple laptop in the room after we checked out and 10 hours later I realized what I had done, i called the facility and they had it locked up with security. I was shocked and it restored my faith that there are still honest people in this world!!! thanks

The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Our stay was for only two nights so not really able to provide overall assessment of all amenities offered and sadly it rained most of time.

Convienent and Kid Friendly

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The kids played in the splash pool (in February, brrr) but the hot tub/sauna was warm. Sure, resort fees and taxes are ridiculous, but you'll pay them at any of the hotels in the area (and were locals). We would and plan on staying again.

Nice hotel, very close to Disney Springs.

Nice hotel and in walking distance to Disney springs. Check in was really quick and the staff was friendly.Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will be visiting again.

Awesome.....and affordable

This hotel was close to Disney springs....and it offered free shuttles to Disney themed parks, it doesn't get any better than that. Plus no hidden resort fees. I was a happy guest.

Walking distance to Disney Springs which is great

This hotel is close to walking distance to Disney Springs, also a walk or cab ride to many restaurants.

Exhorbitant hidden resort fees and parking fees.

shady practice at check in.

Pros: location to parks
Did not appreciate being pressured into the property (timeshare, or what ever it is called) upon checking in. Very shady practice.

Muy cómodo y en una ubicación muy buena. Los shuttles a Disney salen cada 30 min y se puede caminar a Disney Springs (5min)

Real nice hotel near downtown Disney

Pros: The best part was that it was walking distance to downtown disney. I also liked that they had recycle bins in the room.
Cons: Perhaps, no parking fee for self park.
Location: Great location. Downtown Disney is walking distance with shops, restaurants and bars.
This hotel was very good. It was clean, the amenities were great and really close to downtown Disney. The pool area is huge.
