Room inconvenience, Staff made up for it

I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds and at check in I was told I had been "upgraded" to a suite but this suite ONLY had a queen pull out. No other bed. I told her this wasn't going to work. She then told me she can put in me in a room in the garden with 1 queen bed and a queen pull out, great! They also threw in the character breakfast buffet for free for my whole family for the inconvenience! I thought this was awesome! Right be for I walked away, she then informed me that our room for the night was also comped. Great! But, as we got to the room, there was only one queen bed... nothing else. So we got a roll away, which the girls complained about the whole night. The staff was friendly but seemed a little flustered when it came to assigning rooms. While I appreciate the free room and breakfast, it was literally the worst night we have had at a hotel. The whole hotel was clean and inviting but the experience we had with the room was not. I would still recommend this hotel but call ahead of time and make sure they have you set up in the room you requested! Also, the self parking fills quickly. You will then have to have your car valeted and it is $12. Atleast they don't break the bank there!
