Nice hotel - Terrible Service

Pros: The hotel was very nice, exceptionally clean and spacious, centrally located and right next door to Disney Springs, Housecleaning staff awesome
Cons: Valets, Bartenders, Coffee stand all need to be retrained, absolutely horrific
The hotel was very nice, exceptionally clean and spacious. It was centrally located and right next door to Disney Springs, a big plus. The bus service to all the attractions was great as well, ran on time and flowed very nicely every 30 mins as they claim. The only problem with this whole stay was the service staff. The housecleaning staff were awesome but everybody else were very, VERY disappointing. The Valet's were obnoxious, slow, and when they brought my car around, they turned the heat on ?? What's up with that, heat on during the summer ?? They also changed my XM Station to Hip Hop and had it BLARING, like blow the speakers blaring. The Bar staff were totally clueless. Had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to even show up, every night... along with several other patrons at 7pm. Everything was out and open, I could have served myself if I wanted to and we tossed that idea around. When the bartender showed up he sat his behind on a stool and watched the ball game. The Coffee stand was Disorganized with a capital D. One person making coffee and taking orders, cashing out while there was a cashier sitting not more than 5 feet away twiddling her fingers. Take my advice, get rid of the middle cashier stand, put the cashier behind the coffee counter and let the Baristas focus on making the coffee...

A/c didn't work

Had maintenance come up to the room and they still didn't fix the A/C it was terrible in the room!

Pros: Location
Cons: Parking.
Location: Disney Springs and Cirque du Soleil are in walking distance. The free bus to and out of Disney World parks (every 30 min) - that’s awesome
The financial discipline are needed – the hotel tried to charge my credit card two times for the amounts that no one could explain what for. In overall the hotel are pleasant and located in walking distances to Disney Springs attractions. Bus connection with the Disney World parks are great.

Wonderful stay.

Hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and fast food ( if you have a car or want to walk 20 mins) Disney spring was a five minute walk away. Valet guy was very helpful when we pulled up. Bus to the theme parks ran every 30 mins. And 90 mins after park closes. I didn't care for the bed sheet, but that just a personal thing. Room was clean, iron and ironing board needs to be replaced. Kids loved the pool. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Disney.

Nice hotel cleaning rooms but small

Easy access to all parks with complimentary buses drivers were very helpful the staff at Wyndham was very helpful especially the baggage man always with a smile and a warm greeting vales crew was also very helpful the rooms were nice and clean but a little small for 4 girls

Disney Spring

Cons: Hotel Valet need improvement in picking up the phone faster than ringing more than 20 rings before they pick up.
Location: CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
Walking distance to Disney Spring. No car needed if your trip is for Disney. Buses take you to the parks.

A beautiful hotel near Lake Buena Vista.

Pros: Close to all the parks, shopping, restaurants. Pools, staff, service. Very nice hotel overall. Nothing really to complain about for us.
Cons: Could use some more guest parking. The parking lot was full every night and we were lucky to find a spot.
Location: In the Disney Springs Resort area and close to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. The other parks are only about 10 minutes away (driving).
I chose this hotel because of a generous Expedia member discount but was very happy with the choice. Looked like it was newly renovated with very nice, comfortable rooms. Bus service at the hotel, 2 big, beautiful pools and pool bar/cafe.

Great location, 2 minute walk to Disney Springs!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never disapoints! The pool are is great for kids and adults. The food and drinks served at the bar are great! The breakfast is delicious.

Nice, but...

Cons: The room service hours. Even if they had only a limited menu
Location: Disney springs is basically across the street..
Great hotel on Disney property and very close to Disney Springs. Would be a 5 star, but room service closes at 11 pm this kind of resort should have options until at least 2 am. The tower rooms by far are in a better location the the others. Had a double room that had an amazing view of Disney. There are 2 pools one being a kids pool with a very nice splash pad. This hotel also offers tennis. There is a Disney store in the lobby for your last minute purchases.
