Don't Stay Here

Pros: There was a lovely young lady working at the bar/lounge at the pool. She went out of her way to help lovely and helpful.
Cons: Security. Cleanliness.
Location: The location was not bad. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, but not much in the way of shopping close by.
Though from the exterior this hotel looks lovely, it was very disappointing. The curtain in our room was black with mold or dirt. The cleaning staff did a terrible job. They made the beds and restocked the towels, but that was all they cleaned. My daughter left her expensive jacket unattended by the pool while she want to get a drink of water and when she returned it looked as though the staff had cleaned up her area as everything was gone. But when she put in a report with management they told her that at that time of night it might have been a "hobo" that took it. Overall, I would NEVER stay here or any other Wyndam hotel again. And I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ridiculously Loud and Rude Unhelpful Staff

Upon entering the room, I noticed the bed had some long strands of black hair up next to the pillows. Not the best first impression but not a big enough deal to complain about. Its now later and time for sleep. The room is positioned near the WaWa gas station. You can not only hear the cars loudly pulling in and out, car alarms being armed and disarmed, but the music from the cars and constantly from the gas stations own playlist. You literally could hear everything outside as if you were standing in the middle of it. The AC unit was loud, but even that couldn't drown out the noises coming from outside. When this was brought up, the hotel staff was so rude and unhelpful. They did not change the room nor did they offer any apology or solution. We were treated as if we were inconviencing the front desk with our request. I was rudely given a card and told I could call this person (I assume a manager) tomorrow which didn't at all help my issue. I will not stay here again due to the fact that if I had any other issue I have no confidence I will be helped.

Even though the hotel was remodel not too long ago, the rooms and hallways fell out dated. Main lobby is great a long with the location.

Staff was helpful/ room ok-maintenced ruined it

Staff in front great helpful and informative The room was ok the bathroom sink drain was broken which made the sink drain slowly I actually had to pull it out of the bottom to get it to drain What ruined it for me was in was a weekend 730 am I was there on business for a convention and woken up by the grounds people with a leaf blower all outside my porch and I'm sorry but not good practice early like this when some are there for work

Nice Hotel, Great Location on International Drive!

Next door to the Eye, Perkins and plenty of shopping. They did not offer Shuttle service.

Pros: location and staff were great
I love the location and staff of the hotel! it was clean and just what we needed for the night but I will never use Expedia again all their extra fees are for the birds!

Nice Hotel Great location

Pros: Friendly and helping staff
Cons: Everything was to my satisfaction
Location: I-360, Short drive to all the theme parks, WaWas on site, International drive restaurants and activities
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and attended to in a timely manner. We had a problem with the room AC/Heater unit but it was handled very quickly and the result was to our satisfaction. I like the face that the hotel has a Wawas on site that makes it very convenient to grab snacks and gas up for the return drive home. I enjoy staying here and I will do so in the future.

Frustrating

Arrived on a Sunday at 8:00, the bar was closing with a championship football game on big screen. Resort fee was not waived as advertised. The walls were thin and lots of door slamming. Not customer service based.

Pros: Convenience to restaurants and I-4
Cons: Check in experience and room cleanliness.
That is really all I can say was impressive. The over all customer service experience was just ok to say the least. NO wow factors. I was basically told where my room was and how to get there. As soon as I opened the door of my room I was welcomed with a very unpleasant smell. I went back out in the hall and asked the house keeper to clean my bathroom. She came in and used bleach. I wondered why it was not used previously. I drove myself to local store and purchased Lysol to use on the rest of the room. This was my first stay at a Wyndham property. I never say never, however this would not be my first choice for my future stays.
