Great for launch of Disney vacation.

Large rooms and airport shuttle was key for our one night stay. Arrived one day before we could check in to Disney hotel. Long walk to fast food restaurants.

Great room, good price, iffy shuttle

Great place to stay, but issues with late night staff/airport shuttle. Our call for shuttle was forgotten by staff during shift change at the hotel. We waited over 45 minutes for a ride to the hotel and had to call a second time to get picked up. Unfortunate mistake, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. I just wouldn’t wait so long to make a second call next time!

Nice, spacious hotel close to MCO airport

This is a nice hotel about 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Only stayed one night after spending the day at WDW with an early morning flight the next morning. Room was very spacious and clean. One issue we had was with the free shuttle to the airport. This is a nice service and is very helpful for traveler's who do not have a rental car. The shuttle leaves for MCO starting at 4:30am and leaves each hour after. Guests are supposed to be ready at 20 minutes after the hour to begin loading up to leave at the designated time. Guests are supposed to be signed in to make sure everyone gets on and there is enough room for everyone. Something happened where four guests with 10 items of luggage showed up right before we were leaving. We left 15 minutes late and almost missed our flight. Southwest is a popular hub at MCO and is the first terminal (A). If you are on United, you have to wait for terminal B. The hotel should have a better process for the shuttle. Hopefully this is an anomaly and not how the normal experience is with the shuttle.

Cruise pit stop

Stayed here for the night to leave our for cruise next day. Perfection. Clean. Neat. Simple. It’s not the W but it definitely gets the job done. Would stay here again.

Horrible

The shower wasn’t clean I went downstairs to get cleaning supplies the front desk said it wasn’t her department and she didn’t have access to cleaning supplies. 1am someone banged on our room door and “said screw all of y’all” I called the front desk and the front desk said “the person was upset because they elevator wouldn’t open” and that she would “call the police on that lil “ curse word”. The covers had blood stain on it. This morning I told the front desk about the situation she looked at me like I was crazy and said “do I know this person because I don’t? Did you call the police and said there wasn’t nothing she could do about it. and had an attitude and gave me my reciept. Worst hotel I’ve been to and I’m in the military active duty. I’ve been to multiple hotels around the world and this one was a hole in the wall.
