Great hotel, no complaints. We will stay there again when we fly into Orlando. Stayed before and after a cruise. Perfect set-up with good shuttle right to the cruise shuttle at the airport. Nice bar (over-priced) and good food in restaurant . great staff and service at Starbucks.

Very nice hotel. Room we checked in had a musty smell. We asked to be moved and the front receptionist was very kind and, for our troubles, upgraded us. Very nice hotel.

We only stayed only one night to be closer to the airport, but would definitely stay longer next time we’re in town. Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. Staff was very nice and the food was delicious.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shuttle was very prompt. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cookie was tasty. One change could make this location so much better - WARM LIGHTING. Unfortunately, they use cool fluorescent light bulbs everywhere which is not calm/cozy. It is like harsh hospital lighting. Makes the hotel look cheap. Such an easy change. I'm really surprised for a DoubleTree.

Stayed two nights overall stay was great only little mishaps. The reservation states $25 per night hold however when I got there they requested $50 per night. The shower head was not the best for me and the water kept settling in the tub, was not draining properly. Apart from those few things it’s a great place and I would stay again . I almost forgot the bed was the best sleep I got in all my years traveling.

There was walkable dining options which was nice! The pool area was decent. Kept asking for towels for a couple hours for the pool and they never came. Had to air dry. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Good location to the airport. The kitchenette had nothing in and the suites are not separate rooms. Nice pool. Parking costs 20 a night. Shuttle was good

Air conditioning did not work . Had an early flight so I could not wait to have it fixed . Did not get any sleep. The shower leaked all on the floor even with door closed. The floor was very slippery almost fell . Definitely going to call Hilton for some compensation. I have never been at a Hilton with these types of issues.

The room was decent overall and comfortable, but the shower curtain was broken along with our family members other room. Also the balcony was pretty over looking the lobby but the music and loud environment makes it hard to sleep as you do hear it at night. The pool area was nice and relaxing but the pool had noticeable dirt in it and bugs. Putting all that aside it isn’t a bad hotel for a short stay at a lower price.

Pool was a little dirty. Rooms overlooking the foyer and lobby were noisy as the sound from all activity bounced around the entire area especially late at night. Room cleaning was not provided on a daily basis.

I had a 3pm check in time slot but arrived early. The airport shuttle took minutes to come get me and I was able to check in early with a free upgrade to a king suite with a balcony. The complimentary chocolate walnut cookie was wonderful. Close to the airport, clean with lots of food options close by.
