Nice Hotel

Location: We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants nearby.
Nice hotel close to restaurants and shopping. Stayed here for one night after flying into Orlando for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. The complimentary hotel shuttle was prompt and convenient and was able to accommodate our group of 12. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Overnighter before flying home

Location: Hopeless if you are going out and about without a car but well positioned for the airport
Moved to this hotel for our last night. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities and food. Airport shuttle is complimentary and every half an hour so getting to the airport is a breeze. Internet access is supposed to be available in the reception/lounge area but I found it very poor and in todays world I wouldnt consider it reasonable to have to pay nearly $10 a night for in room wifi. Time this was looked at considering the prices this hotel charges I think. We were told we could check in from 3pm and had to go back to the desk at 4.20pm as we still hadnt been told there was a room ready for us. To be fair we got a late checkout till 2pm which was a good help the next day so cannot really complain. Gym is fairly well equipped and there is a nice pool with cabanas around it and a hot tub. You can do a lot worse than this!

Excellent and affordable hotel close to Airport

Pros: confort and cleanness of the room
Cons: None
Location: Excellent
We use the ballet parking service which I believe it is a plus. The front desk was helpful and efficient . Over all my experience was superb

Great staff

Had a problem with the tv connection and staff were in my room in minutes. Half the hotel was filled with Army personnel. G-d bless them and the hotel for making room for all of them due to the hurricane Irma.

Nickle and diming you

Pros: Aesthetically fine
Cons: Quit charging for basic services readily provided by nicer hotels for less
Location: Decent location
Foolish charges added to the stay for services readily provided by better hotels for the less. No return ever planned

Beautiful, elegant and comfortable

Location: Walking distance to nearby restaurants
We stayed overnight at this hotel and very much enjoyed our time being there. The complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient.

Annoyingly no complementary Wifi in room

Did not notice when ordering room that wifi is not free. I do not stay at hotels that don't offer free wifi. Not having free wifi today is like being charged for use of towels. Otherwise, a decent hotel. Nothing to rave about. There are better ones close by
