Great overnight stay

Hotel is conbenitly located near the airport. We used their shuttle serve from airport to hotel, and only waited a few minites to get picked up. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly.

Pros: Good shuttle service from the airport.
Cons: Coffee in the lobby Continental breakfast
Location: Sonny's BBQ across the stress was a very good place to eat.
We checked in with friends, and their room was ready before ours. Other people were pushed In between us. We were told we would be on the same floor and that didn't happen. The snack bar attendant was very polite and helpful.

Wet carpet

The staff who checked us in was great, they were friendly and tentative to our needs. The room was very cold and the entire carpet was damp. We called about and was told someone would come look at it in the morning. We left around 11am no came. The expectations of this Renaissance was low compared to the Renaissance at International Mall in Tampa that impressed us.

Great hotel with an awesome shuttle service to the

Pros: Airport proximity and comfortable beds.
Cons: There was a sewer odour in the bathroom that we believe was coming from the shower drain, so we kept the drain closed. Hotel offered us a new room.
Location: Great restaurants but quite far to Orlando.
We stayed 2 days following a transatlantic cruise to Cape Canaveral. We got an excursion to the Kennedy Space centre with transportation to the Orlando airport (MCO). Once there, we only had to call the hotel using the free phone to get the shuttle to the hotel. Very efficient and easy. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful. The room was good with great beds.

Loved this hotel!

Pros: The decor. Smart TV. Nice bathroom.
Cons: WiFi. Parking Lot gate consistency.
Location: I loved the location. Movie theaters, shopping and many places to eat from within walking distance to 2 miles. Great.
It was newly decorated, very clean and the SMART TV was a GREAT hit! The Wifi wasn't great so the Smart TV was a real asset. My parking lot key didn't work half time time i used it but it was easy enough to call on he box and get them to help. Great location.
