Loved this hotel!

Pros: The decor. Smart TV. Nice bathroom.
Cons: WiFi. Parking Lot gate consistency.
Location: I loved the location. Movie theaters, shopping and many places to eat from within walking distance to 2 miles. Great.
It was newly decorated, very clean and the SMART TV was a GREAT hit! The Wifi wasn't great so the Smart TV was a real asset. My parking lot key didn't work half time time i used it but it was easy enough to call on he box and get them to help. Great location.

Close to airport.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby is nice. The room was old and worn down. Got up to use the bathroom and a cockroach was running around. The AC unit was load as a truck and kicked on every 10 minutes. Impossible to sleep.

Pros: Staff were excellent.
Cons: Air conditioning could use some updating.
Location: Nice hotel close to airport.
We enjoyed our stay at Renaissance and would stay there again.

One night stay before cruise

Staff members were friendly. Would not rate this hotel as a four star. Our bathroom was very run down and in need of renovation. The furniture was worn out, but the bed was comfortable.. plus no free wifi in the rooms found that to be ridiculous and would not accept our points card as it was in my husbands name and he wasn’t the one checking in. Have never had an issue with any other company in the past with our reward cards

Close to the airport

The location is close to the airport and was great for our early flight the day after we checked in. I had booked two rooms through Expedia at a great rate. Our room was as expected - clean and updated. I was, however, embarrassed at the room our friends got. They could barely see outside the only window in their room because something was wrong with it. I overlooked the fact that this is obviously an older hotel that has been redone (poorly in some areas) until we saw this. Stay away from the corner unit on level 5 - 501 I think.

Nice Hotel

Location: We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants nearby.
Nice hotel close to restaurants and shopping. Stayed here for one night after flying into Orlando for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. The complimentary hotel shuttle was prompt and convenient and was able to accommodate our group of 12. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Overnighter before flying home

Location: Hopeless if you are going out and about without a car but well positioned for the airport
Moved to this hotel for our last night. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities and food. Airport shuttle is complimentary and every half an hour so getting to the airport is a breeze. Internet access is supposed to be available in the reception/lounge area but I found it very poor and in todays world I wouldnt consider it reasonable to have to pay nearly $10 a night for in room wifi. Time this was looked at considering the prices this hotel charges I think. We were told we could check in from 3pm and had to go back to the desk at 4.20pm as we still hadnt been told there was a room ready for us. To be fair we got a late checkout till 2pm which was a good help the next day so cannot really complain. Gym is fairly well equipped and there is a nice pool with cabanas around it and a hot tub. You can do a lot worse than this!

Excellent and affordable hotel close to Airport

Location: Excellent
We use the ballet parking service which I believe it is a plus. The front desk was helpful and efficient . Over all my experience was superb
