Great hotel near MCO

The hotel is close to the airport and easy to get to... Easy to find restaurants around the hotel .. overall it was a nice stay..

Sheraton Airport Orlando

Pros: See above. Complementary ride to Renaissance COnference hotel for conference attendees,
Very nice hotel relative to price and amenities. Courteous staff. Shuttle service to the Conference center at Renaissance Airport was a particular plus. Shuttle staff were also really nice and responsive to provide the complimentary ride. All in all very good place.

Room charge

I think the hotel needs to get some type of system in place for charging to your room. Someone charged $79 to my room for dinner. I didn't even have dinner at the hotel & it took forever to convince them I did not make the charge.

Based on you telling us that you did not authorize the charge we have of course reversed it since and apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

Rude Staff

We waited over an hour to get picked up from the airport. I talk to the front desk twice, they were very rude, and the van never came. When the van driver did finally show, he made some comment about we were the ones in a hurry. After traveling over 30hrs this was less then a pleasing welcome. I left something in the room and have called the hotel 4 times and one person said they would call back, of course they did not. Every other time have been sent to someone's voicemail. If you like being treated poorly then this is your place. The room was clean and fine, but doesn't off set the rest.

One night was not enough

This is by far the nicest hotel we stayed in a while and we travel every year. Loved our suite and the price was fantastic. Great front desk staff and shuttle ride easy and accommodating. Beautiful swimming pool, great food. We will be back!!!

Great location close to airport, even better steak

Would definitely stay here again and recommend hotel to others. Was pleasantly surprised with quality of food in hotel restaurant and enjoyed one of the best steak dinners I’ve had in my life. Being a steak lover who travels the world for business and regularly visits the top steak houses in the country and around the world, my dining experience was an unexpected surprise. I passed along kudos to the chef for a fantastic meal, which I’ve only done a handful of times over fifty years while enjoying a fine steak dinner. If you love great steaks, get here quick as it’s just a matter of time until a famous five star restaurant scoops up this hotels talented chef!!
