Front desk staff was great, brought our oranges in the middle of the night so we didnt have to run out to the store.

Pros: We loved having a full breakfast Buffett available and coffee all day. It was great!
Cons: Nothing. We found no flaws with the Service nor the stay
Location: Location was great for us. I liked it was close to good restaurants and Disney world.
We came to orlando to visit family. We loved that the hotel was close to the airport. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast each day. Also the availability to have a hot cup of coffee in mid day was nice too.

Nice place to be in Orlando

Location: Close to everything (15 miles radius)
Another weekend away from the Disney noise and traffic. Clean and serene environment near the Airport. Nice place in Orlando. Will be back again.

Great family hotel.

Pros:
Very large rooms. We had 2 adults and 4 children., but it would have easily slept 6 adults. Loved that it had a breakfast bar, with lots of seating. Would stay here again.

Nicer hotel than expected

We spent 2 nights before moving to a Disney resort room. The rooms here were 100% better than the Disney rooms. Staff was friendly and everything was spotless. Only issue was they were replacing the carpet in sairwells so there was a slight smell if you used them.

Great location near the airport

Location: We were only staying at this location because it was close to the airport for our flight the next day. We didn't go out and about.
The hotel check in and check out service was smooth and the desk people were extremely friendly. We arrived early and they were happy to store our luggage, out of the hot car, until we could get into our room. After only 20 or 30 minutes of letting our kids explore lobby, we were offered a room. The only reason I haven't give the highest rating is the microwave and fridge were pretty small and the pillows very flat. When we called for more towels and bed linens for the sofa and trundle bed, they were delivered promptly.

Ok hotel close to the airport

Pros: I liked the free breakfast and the 24/7 coffee/tea bar. I liked that it was close to the airport. Most of the staff was friendly and nice.
Cons: I didn't like our bathroom. I feel the grout around the shower and floor tiles should be replaced (it was black around the shower doors and corners).
Location: There's a theater, some shopping and many eateries around the hotel. There's a fantastic Italian restaurant near by.
I choose this hotel because it was very nice the last time I was here ( a few years ago). The lobby and main level is still nice and well kept but our 2nd floor guest room was a bit disappointing. Not as clean and fresh as it was the last time I was there. Not sure why our room keys needed to be reset each night (we had 4 keys so it wasn't because we demagnetized it with our phones) and we couldn't get onto the WiFi even with the passcode.
