Pros: The staff was wonderful
Cons: The bed, which was horrible.
Location: Location is horrible if you want to tour the Effel Tower and other notable sites.
If your trip is to tour Paris, this is NOT your hotel. In order to get to the Effil Tower, you would need to take a bus and then metro for a total of 60 minutes of travel each way. This hotel is for the business people (airline crews,etc) and not the tourist. But it was a nice hotel.

We were upgraded on arrival. The room was luxurious and the staff extremely attentive. No aircraft noise whatsoever. A very enjoyable stay!

Logistic issues

I stayed here after flying into Orly. The shuttle service was not easy to get. I emailed hours in advanced for info and got no response. Had to take a cab and the driver tried to charge us 50€ for a 5 minute drive because it was a holiday. Staff did not speak good English.

Family stay

We stayed our last night in Paris before flying out. We took the RER and then walked, a bit of a hike, but we were warmly welcomed and told that next time to call them as there were easier ways to get there from Paris centre. Check in was quick, and the lobby very clean and luxurious. Our room had an amazing king bed, slippers, and a robe to use. Also cold beverages in the fridge that were complimentary. The on site restaurant was delicious and convenient. Shuttles to the Orly airport came every 30 minutes, very easy and quick to get to the airport. Would certainly recommend.

Very convenient shuttle service

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast room is not friendly at all. Convenient located near Orly airport.

Excellent séjour

Good option for Orly airport.

Good for the type. Great view from Breakfast room. Make sure you go to bus stop 12 at Orly West to get the right shuttle bus. There are lots of other Mercures around the Airport.
