Needs updated BADLY

Posted Nov 27, 2017
Parking is Bad, Rooms are in need of desperate updating, need matching towels, smells very musty in rooms and are damp all the time. Front desk does not care too much of how you feel. WORST STAY I HAVE HAD IN DAYTONA

We thank you for your recent stay with our property. We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was unpleasant; that is not what we wish for our guest when they stay with us. Majority of hotels in our area experience a shortage of parking at their properties. That is why a majority of hotels offer additional parking at an off site location not far from the property. We are sorry if this option was not convenient for you. If you feel you need to speak with a manager we have one available Monday through Friday starting at 3pm est.

On the beach

Posted Nov 26, 2017
Pros: Beach view, ocean front room.
Cons: Whole hotel needs updating, remodeling.
Location: On the beach with great view. Close to shopping
Disappointing due to age of hotel. Kitchenette was old and needed new stove and coffee pot. Requested a new microwave the first night which they supplied. The old microwave was filthy and old.

We are working very hard to upgrade our rooms. It has been a long recovery process from the hurricane. We appreciate and value your opinion. Best Regards, Steve Huda Guest Services Manager

Not safe

Posted Nov 11, 2017
They have a sign in the lobby saying that they are not responsible for any damages if anybody tries to break in to your car I didn’t feel safe so I tried to cancel my stay and they still charge my credit card for all the days that I didn’t stay

Found 4 roaches

Posted Oct 28, 2017
Sliding glass door didn't lock had no handle was just a hole, track was so dirty you could barely open and close it, base boards were covered with packed on dirt, mold on ceiling by bathroom. Had I not already paid for everything and known I could get my money back I would hv just left. It's worth about 50 bucks a night if u cant afford anything else, dont take in anything with you leave all the lights on to keep roaches away buy you some roach spray you will be alright
