“Exceptional hotel in every aspect. It was quiet,pretty views, has excellent customer service , delicious food and a spa. Very relaxing. We travel 4 countries in Europe in 30 days and this was pur favorite place. You can walk to Secada and Alpin De Suisi gondolas also. ”

“ Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. The parking slots are also very small. Even a SUV would need to……

Loved the bar area to hang out in. Amazing staff from the front desk to the restaurant. They really went above & beyond. Wished we had our bathing suits cuz the pool & sauna looked so nice!
