Pros: Big room
Location: Difficult to find at night and once on property very difficult to find place to check in. You are 3-6 miles to food and businesses.
Hard to find, poorly lit and the restaurant was closed for the winter season. , pool,hot tub, treadmill, coffee in room-all not working. Amenities in bathroom- course paper products, very old tv with poor picture quality. In wall AC/heater that ran most of the time. Bed was hard and not enough covers. Certainly not a 3 star property- at best a one star.

Disapointing

Pros: location
Cons: Check rooms more thoroughly and ground maintained better.
Location: A lot to do around the area. Like that.
Air conditioning didn't work, TV didn't work. After letting them know it was 45 min to an hour before they go us in another room. Outside our room grass was grown up not taken care of.

Lake lodging

Pros: Nice appearance, off the beaten track so was quiet.
Cons: At least have a continental breakfast if the dining room is not open. We were disappointed when checking in at 8:30 p.m. to find no place to eat.
Location: Fairly close to the lake, but we were visiting relatives so did not explore things to do.
This appears to have been a grand hotel ten years ago. The grounds were lovely, the lobby spacious. There is a large outdoor swimming pool, as well as an indoor one. The dining room was not open because there were apparently not enough guests. The rooms seemed Spartan but with elegant furniture. There was no fridge nor microwave which I have come to depend on when traveling for a few days. The beds were OK, not luxurious. The wet towels were not picked up in one of our rooms the first day, nor were new ones left. We had a nice balcony with a couple of chairs and a small table. One of our two rooms had no screen door on the sliding glass door to the patio, the other did.

Nice hotel, little off the beaten path

Pros: Mostly quiet
Cons: directions to check in along the way. bit confusing
Location: close enough to the main drag for shopping and things to do
nice stay...we were simply in and out. Ok place to stay. was awakened at 4 am

Serious Decline in Overall Appearance

Pros: It had vacancy and two pools.
Cons: It needs some upgrading, building maintenance, and landscaping.
My family and I stayed at this hotel last year and it was nice. There was a few small things that we overlooked. However, we stayed there again this year and there are too many things to overlook. It appears as if the staff has went on strike. The grass and weeds were grown up and was in need of some serious trimming. The AC in the hallways was either broke or turned off because it must have been at least 95 degrees around the hotel. The outside pool was so dirty and full of leaves, one of the guests was trying to skim it. The carpet in our room was stained and there was a big hunk of drywall chipped off the bathroom wall. Certain walls around the hotel had scrapes and dirty spots that needed to be touched up with paint. Lastly, the fountains outside haven't worked in two years. They are simply holding old dirty water which is not complimentary to the overall appearance of the hotel.

Pros: Location
Cons: See my comments: cleaness, staff, efficiency. . .
Check in did not have the reservation. Had to correct them several times. Got a call the first day asking how long we were staying despite telling them at checkin. At return to the hotel on the first day the key did not work, had to go back to the front desk. the floor was dirty and stained. the restaurant was not open. A disappointing stay

Worst experience ever!!!

Smelled of mold, found bottle caps in fold out bed! Floor had stains. Showere did not have hot water, bathroom was not clean. Lawn needed mowed on balcony area.

Hotel

Rooms were clean, there was no ice except on the 4th floor, which was a pain. Also the pool wasn't clean enough to swim in.
