The bed in our room was broken. Could not get hotel staff to remedy the situation.

Get what you pay for

This is a place that would be best avoided unless you just want a place to sleep. It has a good location close to the main bridge that allows you to go back and forth across the lake. It is one that looks like they are remodeling due to recent (maybe?) change in management so it may improve. Our room had no batteries in anything, no towels, cobwebs on the ceiling, and slightly musty carpets. Overall, it is a three star motel with a three star price. Could consider going back if I just needed a bad for the night.

Amazing staff

The person who checked us in and out was amazing she was kind. The cleaning lady was so sweet to my three year old. I will for sure be going back to this hotel. Best hotel I’ve been to.

Pros: good bed
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. the outside appearance was dirty. Still had salt all over the steps and sidewalk.

the customer service wasnt that great, the employees were away from the hotel after 8pm and very difficult to reach and address needs that we had after hourse
