Love hotels are great for budgeting travelers
Definitely a cheaper place to stay with a group of friends we had a great time with karaoke we know what is meant to be a live hotel but as travelers it was good stay for us the place was clean and the maids did a great job! A bit outdated but it was still fun, clean etc.

Had expected much more from this "love hotel," very dated and in need of an overhaul. Various free amenities such as shampoo, facial mask, face wash were provided, but pale in comparison to that offered by other Japanese "love hotels." Furnishings in my room we're old and dusty, a number of the "featured equipment" such as the projector and massage chair we're in various stages of disrepair. Had a room on the 4th floor but elevator only services up to 3rd so those with heavy luggage - beware!

Another good stay
Although it’s not in the heart of Osaka I really enjoyed staying here. This is the second time staying at this hotel. It’s clean, easy to find and near the train station. Namba is not far away with amazing food, entertainment and access to other parts of Osaka. I will stay here again the next time I visit Osaka.

Cheap but roomy and clean hotel for getting up early to go to airport. Adult only hotels are best way to go for foriegn travelers as far as price once you get used to it.

Close to transport, nice hotel, great amenities
Overall was a very nice hotel. Close to the train system, however can be expensive due to distance from Osaka CBD. Staff was friendly and tried to help out where possible, would be better if reception was manned during check in/check out hours. Room amenities were awesome, including spa, massage chair and king sized bed for a really reasonable cost. However, would be improved if the lights turned off as opposed to dimming. Overall this was a really nice hotel if you don't mind transit into the city. I strongly recommend it and would stay here again.

Front desk lady was nice. The place was clean but smelled like old cigarettes and just old smell? I woke up at night really thirsty and picked a drink from the vending machine. It tasted really old as if it’s been there for a while.

absolutley loved the quirkiness of the Fine Sakai Hotel being a love hotel my husband and i were amazed how it felt like home from home a cute little apartment type room , all accessories ( excuse the pun!!) to use the staff spoke very little english but went out there way to help you , very friendly, nice area ten minutes away a road full of retaurants , macdonalds on the corner !! surprise surprise!!! all in all a very enjoyable stay would highly recommend it !!! even if youre not into the love scene!!!!

Perfect for budget minded person
We wanted to see Osaka, Kyoto. and Kobe. We stayed here for the first two and then stayed in Kobe the last night. No complaints.

Stay in Fine Hotel Sakai
It is actually very easy to get there as long as you follow the train track. Advisable to use Google Maps. We took about 10minutes to walk there from Izushigawa Station. It is about 5 stops away from Namba station, using Nankai line. This makes shopping easy. Around the surrounding, there are many food restaurants. The staff did not understand English very well so we did not have our room cleaned for the second night. However, they were very helpful.

Lovely love hotel great for the price
I think the one thing everyone needs to realize before booking is that this is a love hotel. While it wouldn't be the most family-friendly place if you're travelling with kids, if you're travelling by yourself or with a friend or spouse and don't mind certain channels on TV or unusual room amenities, it's a great alternative to some of the expensive other hotels. The room was very, very clean. It said it was smoking, but we couldn't smell any hint of smoke. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were very nice and accommodating as we tried our hardest to speak broken Japanese and they tried their hardest to meet us half-way with English. It is also in a quiet neighborhood, so you don't get a lot of outside noise or traffic, and is a short 5-minute-or-so walk to the train station that can take you to Osaka, Nara, or Kyoto. If you don't mind not being in the center of the city or are on a budget, I would definitely recommend this place. :)

Great, cheap place to stay - with caveats
Everything was great and the room was huge and clean...here are the only complaints my girlfriend and I had: 1) it was only a 5 minute walk from Ichizugawa station but hard to find at first, 2) only smoking rooms are available, and the rooms sometimes do smell of faint smoke, 3) no real windows, 4) this is very obviously a love motel with "adult" accessories in blatant view. Not a problem with me, really, but perhaps a family wouldn't enjoy this. Overall, would stay again for cheap in Osaka.

Spent there couple of nites, staff is very pleasant to deal with, even though they barely speak English, they try very hard to help. Room was very clean but still had old cigarette smell even though it was noon smoking room, that was the only negative wooo found. The room even had a decent massage chair which was a nice addition to not so typical hotel stay. It wasmy first time in Japan, something I didn't know is, they work 6 days a week, Saturday is the only day off, thus hotel stays that include Saturday are 3 times more expensive usually than other days. The hotel is only 5 minutes away walking distance from train station, makes it easy to travel anywhere you want to go. Overall experience, loved it!

This is the first time that I stayed at a Love Hotel, although my family was not keen that I do so, I wanted to try it out. The price that I paid and the services and amenities offered by the hotel was fantastic value for money. The hotel staff was unobstrusive, yet they are available when you do need them. Dont let the type LOVE HOTEL put you off. I like it so much that I changed my hotel booking for my trip next month. My family did not stay with me at this hotel, if you are just a leisure traveller, it is still a respectable place to stay.

Great hotel for young couples
These hotels designed for young Japanese couple that they don't have any place to be intimate with each other in this crowded country so if you are a young couple or don't mind the name it is almost a five star hotel and the photos that you see by the hotel is exactly what you get.

This is one of the 'love hotels' - however it was very tasteful. The room was lovely - good for a couple. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to local train station. However, the area has many other love hotels which may put some people off.

部屋がいいのに残念です
部屋は広くて素敵でした 禁煙なのでいやなにおいもなく素晴らしいです 問題は受付です　フロントに到着して10分間電話したり探したりしましたが？誰も出てこない、ラブホなので別に鍵がなくて一般の方は、予約者は鍵を受けたらないと入れないので、ラブホのフロントで10分待機、全くふざけてます 部屋がいいのに残念です
