It took me long time to be served when I came back to the front desk for my room key. I saw that there were too many new visitors queuing for check-in, thus I stood in front of the front desk near the "room key drop box". The attendant served one and then another one queuing customer but neglect me, intentionally not seeing me! I said "excuse me" but she still neglected me. I think after 3 minutes, another attendant came to serve me. I was very unhappy with this kind of service, being neglected, even they may thought I am not following their queuing rules. However, I think they should be flexible, and the queue for check-in should be different from that for getting back the room key for those who had checked in before.
