The shuttle service is good. I would have loved to rent a bicycle from hotel but they dont give this service.

They stored our luggage prior to check-in and then we were able to check-in an hour and a half before the regular check-in time. Much appreciated. Bathroom was fresh and clean.

Excellent Hotel by JR Shin-osaka station - modern
Lovely hotel just by Shin-Osaka Station with FREE shuttle bus to hotel from WEST Exit 4 . Great breakfast options for non Japanese and can transfer the breakfast vouchers to fixed lunch menu in lieu.

Good value for money
It was ok, needing a place to stay overnight before we travel to Kyoto. Very small room. A good breakfast buffet and free shuttle service to the train/subway station makes the hotel stay better.

The room was spacious & clean. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is fantastic with great varieties, Japanese & Western. Shuttle bus service to Shin-Osaka every 15 mins. Have stayed here a few times. Definitely my first choice when in Osaka.

Osaka trip to Japan
The hotel is very convenient to and from the train station with free shuttle service. The staff is very friendly and you get free water in the room although it says tap water can drink. I would come back again.

Solo in Osaka
This is an awesome location with free shuttle to and from the hotel. It's about 15 minutes walk if you don't want to wait. But the service is fast if you missed the shuttle. There are many restaurants and shops at the train station and restaurant at the hotel with food /drinks vending machines on the floors. The hotel staff is very friendly and room is very clean. You get bottled water in the room but you can drink the tap water. There's a water kettle to make tea or coffee. I would come back again!

Very Accommodating
Stayed there for business. The shuttle bus to and from Shin-Osaka station ran every 15 min and was well worth the money I saved not staying in Osaka!

The room was quite spacious (compared to other hotels I've been in in Japan). The room was very comfortable. I checked in late and the people in Reception were extremely helpful. The only downside was that the window looked onto some internal metal structure. However, I only stayed one night and it didn't bother me.

Great hotel within great distance
The staff was great!! The hotel was in a great location easy access to all points of interest in Osaka. Out of all this the only draw back I had are the beds. Way to hard. Only exhaustion from the sight seeing help me sleep. Only thing keeping this hotel from perfection.

Nice hotel, the hotel was walking distance from Shin-Osaka station, it also has a shuttle bus available. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.The room was quiet and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Palace of the 80s but still great for the price!
Old hotel but still looks really nice (for the price you pay). Single bed was a bit uncomfortable but still managed to sleep very well. The room I had had a bit of scratches and marks on the walls but they were minor. Great free shuttle service to Shin-Osaka Station.

I booked this hotel because of it's proximity to Shin-osaka station and found that it was an easy flat walk with luggage - about 12 minutes. The hotel does provide a free shuttle bus which runs every 15 minutes but I couldn't work out where to catch it at the station. Clean room with all amenities, typical size for Japan, and reasonably priced. Not much around the hotel in the way of eateries.

The twin bed room is reasonable space, but the single bed is small. Location wise is fine around 10 mins walk from Shin-Osaka station with shuttle bus provided every 15 mins.

Great hotel in the heart of shin-Osaka.
Being close to the station was a huge blessing. The hotel has nothing to complain about. Lovely staff, comfortable stay.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the room was dated. Good amount of room compared to most in Japan. Facilities and the shuttle to the station were nice.
