Strongly recommended! Shin-Imamiya house is a tiny, but absolutely sufficient, modern, new-looking space within 5 min walk from Shin-Imamiya Station/Osaka Namba [thus directly on train line to Kansai Airport].
Enter the house through (garage-like) sliding glass-doors from a quiet side-street, and you immediately stand in open-plan ground floor, with sitting area, kitchenette-bar and (separated by a glass door) the bathroom/toilet/shower room. Steep stairs lead to the upper floor, where 3 double beds are - cosily - squeezed in. There is no closet space or room to spread suitcases, but as we were only 3 people, we placed our things onto the middle bed...
Everything was very well appointed, modern, clean, and functioning. We especially appreciated the refrigerator and hot water kettle. There even was a microwave and washing machine (but we didn't use it)... This cozy space is perfect for 3-4 adults; not sure how things would go if there were more, as there is little space to move around. Beds were soft, but very comfortable, with USD charging stations in headboard. Two beds had a night table. Toilet/bathroom/shower: excellent, but door is translucent, so hang a towel or don't worry. Also, could use a screen between entrance door and sitting area, as cold air blows in from street.
Within 10 min safe walking from metro-station, various eateries, and convenient stores/supermarket. Excellent base for scouting in Osaka (e.g. Dotonbori), or even day trip to Kyoto by train.
