Nice modern hotel in a great location!

Pros: Its location
Cons: The room size. Newer hotels in Japan have smaller room sizes unfortunately.
Location: Excellent location. Dotonburi and Shinshaibashi are within easy distance. Airport access is easy. So many restaurants and shops in the area.
The hotel is located in Namba where most of the action in Osaka is; it is close to Dotonburi and Shinshaibashi shopping street. The airport limo bus from Itami drops you off at the corner north of the hotel and the subway and rail stops are right under the hotel. Takashimaya Dept Store is right next or north of the hotel and Namba Parks is on the south side and there are many restaurants and shops under the hotel. Our hotel room was small which is usual in Japanese hotels. One can only open one luggage at a time and only one person can use the washroom at a time as it is also small. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, well-equipped, clean and well-maintained. Wifi service worked well. Staff was very responsive. We would recommend this hotel to anyone anytime.

Excellent hotel located at the Namba train station

Pros: Good location and rooms were quite large and clean.
Location: Convenient to catch the train or subway. Close to shopping areas.
Excellent service from the check in to check out. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned immediately. Enjoyed the International Breakfast buffet.

More cleaning of the room is required

Pros: Convenient Central Location (well connected by subway)
Cons: Cleaning of the room must be absolutely improved
After entering the room I found in a corner of it an empty bottle of wine (presumably left by the previous guest). It means that the room was not cleaned properly before my check-in. I complained with the hotel staff that apologized but it seems didn`t really care too much about the matter. Considering the level and price of the Hotel these things shouldn`t happen.

南海電車から車いすでのアクセスがしにくい。

Cons: エレベーター
Location: 高島屋と行き来しやすいと思いきや、そこにも車いすの高い壁・・・
ホテルスタッフの対応はとても親切で満足できました。プール等アメニティも良かったですが、車いすの人はアクセスしにくいように感じます。 ロビーまで行けば後はバリアフリーなんですが・・・・

とても良かった。また泊まりたい。 朝食のブッフェがとてもおいしかった。追加料金を払ってでも食べるべき。便利のよい場所なのでどこにでも行きやすい。

地點非常方便。

附近有很多食店,大型商場。往返機場非常方便快速。靠近黑門市場,有很好的魚生食品及時令生果。 地點非常方便,去很多地方都很快速。

風景真的還不錯,但比預想中的小。

這次是訂了4間房,有一房的床底有上個房客留下的東西,放在床上的睡衣也被「丟」到沙發上,泡過咖啡的杯子沒有清潔,而是蓋上杯墊,清潔有待加強,因為這次連住5天,嗯。。。就有待加強。
