Check in was really hard, not possible even 10 minutes before 4pm. Read all the disclosures, because they follow it by the letter. Even though check out is at 10am, the shuttle to the airport doesn’t start till 3pm. Very disappointed, first time in Japan that they were not polite.

We needed a place to stay near Osaka airport and Toyoko had everything we needed - airport transfer, 24/7 check in. It was really clean and staff were friendly and helpful. A great basic hotel. It was very quiet too, no airport noise that we noticed.
