Close to interstate

Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Easy to locate, stayed one night, comfortable. There is a restaurant across the street.

I have a bad back but found the bed very comfortable. Nice overnight staff. Okay price!

Dissatisfied Travelers

The hotel staff was not friendly or nice. The hall had a faint odor and you could hear other guest through the walls. The breakfast seem last minute thought and the doughnuts where dried out. After checking out from our one night stay out bank notified us that we where charged twice for our stay.

Needs updated but not horrible

This room was clean and tidy but needs updated bed was a little saggy and windiw had to have plastic over it so you canr see out because of the gap between the window and frame

Systems were down and probably got double charged

They claimed your system was not working so they had to charge me again. So i got double charged amd havent been able to get ahold of your company for a refund. And they say they cant so anything about it.

Fleas/Poor Staff

Cons: Tell people they are putting you in a pet room. Apologize when guest gets flea bitten. Tell the truth about who is charging you.
Got into bed and started getting bitten from what turned out to be fleas. Immediately left the hotel, staff member did not even apologize. Manager did not call me as promised. When I finally called and got her, she said they did not collect my charge, that Expedia did and I would have to get my refund from them. Again, not even a simple apology. When I contacted Expedia, it turns out the motel did charge me. I would never consider this motel under any circumstances. I would sleep in my car before I would stay there.

FLEA BITES

Cons: Warn customers it is a pets allowed room. Call the customer the day you promised to. Apologize when a customer has a problem!
Within 2 minutes of getting into bed I was getting bit up my right side and on my back. I jumped in the shower to get whatever was on me off and threw the bedclothes I was wearing in the trash so I would not take the pests home. I went to the front desk to tell them I was leaving and why. The young lady in charge just said "okay", no apology whatsoever. The manager was supposed to call me the next day to discuss reimbursement. She did not. So I called the day after and spoke with her. She said I had to get my reimbursement from Expedia (which is fair) and again not one word of apology. She simply said the room was checked for bedbugs and none found, so it was probably fleas because that is a room where they allow pets.

Good basic motel, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Great staff...very friendly and helpful!
