I was charged for our 2 night stay by Suoer 8 when checking in despite having booked through Expedia, and a week later, it still hasn't been refunded. I was charged the 2 nights under the guise of a "deposit" that would be refunded. While the staff were all very nice, and the hotel has been semi-remodeled, the carpets all need cleaned (do NOT go barefoot!), the shower head in Room 107 needs replaced, the a/c unit smelled like mildew, and they need more staff. The first day, the breakfast area was maintained, but the second day, they had to have a gentleman from the hotel next door come replenish supplies. Honestly, had it not been for the staff, we would've found another hotel.
