Good parking, elevator, quiet. Charged and extra 20 for 2 beds when travocity showed the king room and the 2 queens cost the same.

The hotel owner changed the reservation and attempted to charge a higher price than what was reserved on Travelocity. He then refused to let us check in. I called Travelocity to resolve the matter and the owner was not honest with Travelocity representive and stated that I had cancelled the reservation. Two other hotel guest were in the lobby and will attest that I agreed to accept the modified reservation at the higher price.

Lier, hotel owner don’t changed reservation, your loving family called and change reservation. Out of 41 rooms guest, only you had problems. Don’t come back. Don’t need this kind ya lier guest business.

Sorry but we have Direct Tv Mega channels Package plus HBO and Sports channel free. Don’t know why it set on one. Hopefully next time, you call Front desk and he will guide you through. Thanks for best review

Nice hotel for price, breakfast was very limited, cereal & waffles,coffee, milk. The cereal was empty when we went at 6am. Nothing to grab & go.

It was a nice place. But our neighbors on both sides of us were loud. I’m not sure if they were doing construction over there but it was loud early in the morning on both sides. There were plenty of rooms so that we don’t have to be next to them.

We stay here when in Creston on family business. We used the Conference Rm for a small family get together. It was just the right size and allowed for some time together and a small catered meal. The property is clean. The staff are lovely people who are working very hard under our current conditions.

Sorry, you have so many choice to choose cheap hotels around this area. Last minute and busy day price are always higher. Hotel is for who looking for bed bug free and smoke free plus high speed internet with limited breakfast due to Covid.

Friendly staff - needs an update.
Kind of typical small town hotel. Staff was very nice and it was conveniently located. Furniture was old - though the recliner was comfortable. Everything needs updated. Breakfast was a waffle and 2 types of cereal with a pitcher of milk out on the counter.

Yes, 2:30 am called and complain about loud TV in other room. As a Front Desk, I called him in his room but he was sleeping so I offered to suite king room for better slip without any extra charge. You are the one refuse my offer. You should call before midnight for loud noise, 2:30 in the morning no one wake up guest and tell them to turn volume down. That is why we offered to different room.

Nice & quiet
Front desk attendant was nice and told us about breakfast times and wifi password. The Hotel was quiet and comfortable. There appeared to be some construction going on on the conference center end of the hotel, but it didn't affect our stay.

We did not stay at the hotel because we ended up with Covid at the last minute. I tried getting a refund and the rep I spoke to was very rude and wouldn’t work with us at all. We are in the middle of a pandemic. I would of hoped there would be exceptions in place for that.

Peaceful, clean and friendly staff
The hotel was a great find. The room was quiet, didn’t hear a lot from the hallway or nearby rooms, and there was barely any outside noise (a big plus to help sleep). The view was pleasant from the room, and it had new bedding and the shower looked new. The carpet was a bit dated, but well worth staying there. Very friendly staff too!!

I was surprised by so many 1 star reviews for this hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, had pleasant staff, and was all that I expected. Sometimes I think, "haters gunna hate". But I'd have no qualms about staying at this facility again.

My dog and I were very comfortable, the first night after a very long, stressful travel, my dog laid down once in the room and he slept all night well into the morning.
