Great hotel and great experience

Ii arrived at Best Western from Montreal 3 hours before check-in not expecting to be a room available before 3 pm . I asked the front desk if it’s ok if I can a have a room and f possible before my Check- in and they gave me a room . I was so tired from driving and had to a rRaptor game the same evening .. The front desk saved me a lot of time and trouble by informing not to drive downtown and take the train instead . It saved me the hassle of driving through downtown traffic and finding parking .. I’m am very impressed with this hotel and staff .. Tgank you so much for your hospitality .

The hotel was in a good location, staff polite, room clean. However when we left food wrappers on the night table and went to clean up there were ANTS all over the table. Not a pleasant thing to see.

I am glad to hear overall your stay was a good experience, but I am sorry to hear about the issue. Not typically a problem we face at this location, so we have followed up with our pest control company, and they have done the extra treatment for that area. I found that cleaning was below exceptions. Floor was not vaccumed every day. Toilet had not been cleaned after previous guest because there was a little residual fecus in bowl. Drinking cups we not replenished at all.

Good Hotel near 401

We stay at this hotel regularly when birdwatching along the 401 corridor east of Toronto.

Location: It's a great location for us to visit family and friends that are nearby.
We always book at Best Western. We have no fear of unsanitary conditions...the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast provided - such a selection! And the coffee was great! LOL. Overall, a wonderful experience, as always. The only thing I could negatively say is that the bathtub/shower walls should really have a grab bar - but, that's just me..I have a few minor disabilities and a fear of falling. Other than that, we'll be back.

Nice hotel ! Near shopping and highway!

We stayed a few days ! They offer a continental breakfast . Staff were friendly . No laundry service available for quests to use !

Sort of a disappointing stay

Arrived late at night, after serious road conditions hindered us from traveling further. Our room was quite nice, however, the toilet was plugged, which my husband had to go to get a plunger and unplug himself. We woke up to no water in the morning as a pipe had burst. Of course this was an unforeseen issue and just made our travels that much more uncomfortable. We will see if they follow through on offering bonus points for our stay.
