I found finding the hotel a little confusing: coming south on Stevenson Road, I could see the hotel but one-way streets kept me from going there directly. Not the hotels problem but mine. I need to trust Google Maps.

As you pass over 401, heading south (right on the bridge make sure to take the very left lane which leads you right to Bloor Str W), follow the directions towards GoTrain/ViaRail station, and then to the left on the lights at Bloor, as well). Only 1 problem, NEVER stay in ROOM 104! Breakfast lounge above, so chairs start scraping on floor @ 5:30 am. Management did offer a discount on our next stay.

Too expensive for the location and lack of amenities. No frig in room .elevator scary

On last visit, found bed sheets to have too much javex. With sensitive skin, I was unable to sleep in the bed. Had to leave hotel and go elsewhere. This was an expensive night.

I do apologize if you were not completely satisfied with your stay, and as it turned out you have actually switched to another hotel. I can re-assure you, that we only use the eco products issued by a prominent company, for all our cleaning purposes throughout the hotel, that are per a standard for all of the Best Western hotels. Staff were nice and the room was clean (thanks Leanne). We just had an issue with a large group who were in and out of rooms around midnight. Very loud in the halls. We were beside a door in the hallway that clunked loud when this group were going in and out of it. We stayed in the hotel because we needed to be up early for a lacrosse tournament so my kids needed sleep. So this was really annoying but not the hotels failt. We did call the front desk and they said they would tell them to stay in the rooms.

I am glad to hear overall your stay was a good experience, but I am sorry to hear about the noise issues from some other guests that disturbed your stay. I will check with the Maintenance to make sure the hall doors are in proper condition, as well, thank you for bringing that to our attention. Stayed in newly renovated room for those with disabilities. It was large and easy to get around with my walker as well had walk shower because it was too difficult to enter a bathtub. I would recommend this room to anyone with special needs and I will request again should I come back. Cleaning staff were very good and pleasant. The breakfast was the best of the three hotels I had also stayed. I highly recommend.

Don't stay on the first floor (basement level) musty. Breakfast isn't the greatest either.

I do apologize if you were not completely satisfied with your stay, mostly due to the ground floor (this is not the basement level) room location. I can re-assure that not all rooms on ground floor are the same, and I wish we knew your room number to be able to fix the problem. I am also disappointed to hear we were not able to exceed your expectations with breakfast as we typically do offering a wide variety of fresh hot and cold items to suit all our guests tastes. Room very nice. Comfortable bed and perfect room for a disabled person. Room accessible with walk in shower no tub, room set up for a disabled person with walker or wheelchair.
