Shower was a joke. First very hard to turn on. Second when you did get it turned on it barely came out of the shower head. Like I mean trickled out that you were unable to shower. Lots of people at the front desk at check-in however only about 3 of them helping customers. I get there is other things to do but the optics weren't good. Lots of bricks out of place at the walkway leading up to the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel at least once a year since around 2000. I love it and it's my first choice in downtown Toronto. It's right downtown, so definitely not a quiet area, but if you're OK with that, it's a great place. I'm looking forward to going back again.

For the price, was surprised with the condition of the room. It was dated. The bathtub was old and chipped, the water in the shower wouldn’t get hot, the coffee provided was terrible instant coffee. Both mornings staff entered my room around 8am without knocking or acknowledging their entry. Would not stay here again unfortunately

Here are my concerns! -room was cold had to keep thermostat at 28 -bathroom fan was very loud -king size bed was bowed in really badly in the centre, rolling into each other and very squeaky, in need of replacement -water pressure in shower was terrible, like a trickle -staff wouldn’t give us bath robes when we asked even though other guests had them - instant coffee and a kettle in the room tasted awful, should at least have brewed coffee - breakfast was stupid expensive, $70 for two -$100 fee for oversized parking is ridiculously expensive -Head board and all surfaces in room were very dusty Overall we would never stay at Chelsea Hotel ever again!

The bathroom wasn't great as the ceiling had chips and cracks etc. The Bathtub had hairs in it and someone above me was violently coughing all night. The workout gym and pool was great and the location was great with respect to where I had to be on Saturday.

Check in was excellent and the staff is very friendly. The only shortcoming was the bed. I paid for a queen size bed but the one in the room is a twin for it is the exact same as my kids bed. Apart from that this is a place that i would recommend amd i will definitely come back here again .

It was a big hotel in the middle of everything. You have ikea, Marshall’s and home Sense across the street. Shopper mart as well … walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, even a movie theater and let’s not forget Eaton Center. Location location location ! Room is a nice size with a balcony. Pillows are not that great, very soft and small. Bed is ok, I have had worse. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is $39 a day. Parking lot is big and underground but tight and low. I would stay there again because of everything walking distance.

very convenient hotel. There was a fire alarm and I thought the staff handled it well. A lot of noise due to the construction in the area.
