I’ve stayed at this location at least twice a year for the past 5-7 years. I’m not impressed with the smoke/weed smell when you enter the main floor entrance to the rooms

Staff were just great. Super friendly on front desk both night and morning. I'm sorry I'm too tired to remember the name I asked for at night desk. Sorry! Breakfast was good. ! Make your own waffles! The television com was really futuristic and far beyond my capacity to operate. I wasn't crazy about the bed, difficult to get comfortable. I know! You wouldn't think. So. Next time round...not that kind. : ] .

Women travellers beware. I felt extremely unsafe during my stay. The building is surrounded by wooded area that lead down to the train tracks and there is a large construction yard to the opposite side. My daughter and I were approached on 4 different occasions by a man that came out of the bushes when we pulled in. Police were called and hotel staff were notified nothing was done. I tried reaching out to Expedia numerous times to see how I could get out of my reservation no reply. This was the worst experience I have ever felt as a women and parent. I will never stay here again. Also to note hotel was full of marijuana smoke (almost like a hot box) that room fire alarms went off all night long from multiple rooms. So disappointing especially when you have kids.

When I checked in I had to sign a non smoking form, however the room did smell like stale smoke. We just stayed one night so it wasn’t a huge deal. But realistically it should not have any odors at all.

Good afternoon Expedia I am absolutely appalled by my experiences this disgusting hotel. I brought my girlfriend here for a weekend get away, so we can enjoy time alone. I’m quite sure that hotels need to go through cleanliness checks and I guarantee this hotel has not because it would have FAILED. My girlfriend and I have been experiencing itchy bumps all over our bodies and have had to be prescribed antibiotic cream to help with the bumps and itchiness. I am absolutely astonished on how this place is still open. Our beds were infested with bed bug and we did not realize until further investigation of taking the sheets off. I would love to say I enjoyed my weekend but it would be a lie. I will be calling the heath department to inform them on this situation. I am distrusted and would like a refund for my stay in this hell hole. If I could remove this hotel from my memory I would. Absolutely repulsive.

Second time staying here and I’m sure there will be more. Overall good value for money and clean. Was not happy with Expedia . Won’t be using that site again!

This property was fairly clean and very reasonably priced as it also included breakfast. Happy with my choice as there were a few options in the area.

Not as expected. The room was handed over to us uncleaned- we threw the bar of used soap away, even changed bulbs on the bedside lamp from another lamp but then threw in the towel when there were visible stains on the bed. Called the front desk to request a cleanup or a room change but no pickup so we needed to walk back down to talk to them. We were then given a clean room but we had to haul all our luggage back down the stairs to switch because there are no elevators. Not exactly the experience we were expecting after an 8-hour drive especially.

I reported an issue that included illegal activity happening in the room next to me. There was yelling and violent threats. Pounding on the sliding glass door outside or my room next door. It was frightening. The lobby is clean, the manager seems nice. Just don’t stay here it is unsafe with people hanging around the parking lot.

Everything was great for our stay! Besides running out of some breakfast items by 8:30am and only having 1 small garbage bin in the room. Will definitely stay here again!

Bed was confortable, close to stores and mall. A bit noisy because of train but I did not mind. The only thing I have negative is that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Had weird spots on the wall and doors in the bathroom. I give it a 3 star.
