We waited about 30 minutes to get checked in. The electricity was out in a couple outlets so they had to restart the computer and re-login. Once we got to our room on the second floor, we opened the door and it had a horrible musky smell. It was humid and smelt like something died in there. We turned the AC on blast hoping it would go away a bit. The bathroom sink had several hairs in it, probably left from the people who stayed in there before us. And there was some old dried blood spots on my pillow case. It was obviously washed but never thrown away like it should have been.

Very clean and inexpensive hotel, close to where I needed to be. It was quiet and clean, breakfast was not great but it was passable, helpful and polite staff.

Nice hotel, very convenient location

Pros: Great value, modern, and well kept. Bedding quality was higher than what is typical for this price range
Cons: All good
Location: Close to EAA which was our destination
Everything was as expected or better. Great value. Check in, checkout was very smooth. There were no unpleasant surprises of any kind

Nice hotel, hotel staff needs improving.

Our room was not ready at check-in, took 30+ minutes to for our room to be available. As we were attempting to check-in, there was a member of the housekeeping staff walking around making loud unapropraite comments about other staff members and talking about firing people. Once we got into our room the same belligerent housekeeper was walking asking everyone in our group if they found her cell phone in a room. The same person was working the next day and continued making innapropraite comments. We had mentioned to the front desk about what was going on, and were told that they would talk to the management, who was gone all weekend.

First time staying at the place. The hotel was very nice, clean and super friendly staff. The room was very clean and the size of the room was pretty spaces . What definitely stay here again for sure.

Courteous and caring staff. I'm from out of town, arrived early, staff was very courteous and willing to allow check-in. After an exhausting long drive from out of town, this caring-hearted staff truly made my day and my entire stay. To me, the human element was very important. My rating is "excellent".

Stayed for three nights . Great hotel. Breakfast was very good. The coffee was the BEST coffee I have had. Only thing our bathtub was VERY slow in draining. I did report it to the front desk. Not a big deal tho. Stuff happens.
