The most important thing here is this, as I was trying to check out the man at the front desk was on the phone laughing with someone and totally ignored me. As this was happening I took out my keys my passport and my reading glasses. At this moment the shuttle bus arrived and I had to leave so I left my keys, took my passport but left my reading glasses because I had to run for the bus. The employee was still on the phone laughing ignoring me. I would like them to send me at no charge my glasses.
Other issues, their doors to the rooms were so heavy you had to use your shoulders the second the lock turned green. This was very frustrating as I had to get one of the staff to help me once. The other times I got into my room by pure luck.
Everything was clean though there was a lack of soap in the sink. The beds were very small, but this employee that ignored me which made me forget my glasses was the worst part.
