Excellent hotel for a Oslo city break

Pros: Overall the hotel suited all our needs and was a most pleasant experience. Staff at this hotel were all friendly and helpful.
Location: Location is superb. One trip worth doing outside of Oslo which is 1/2 hour on the T-bane to Frognersetteren for walks and food at the Hytte (cottage)
Hotel situated in perfect location for moving easily around Oslo city. Next to Oslo S train station and shops, restaurants whilst inside the hotel you do not hear any noise from outside. Breakfast is a very pleasant way to start the day. The serving staff are very friendly and food on offer is amazing. So much choice for those who want to indulge and those who want to be good:) There is a gym which is well equipped and a swimming pool which was our daughter loved to use after a full day walking around the city.

The hotel is connected by a bridge to the Central Train Station. Great buffet breakfast included in the price.

Centeral hotel in Oslo

Excellent choise for travelers to oslo city center ... just beside the centeral station ... There is swimming pool and suana which was plus and free breakfast... The wifi was very slow and disconnect every few minutes which was annoying

Pleased with Oslo

Pros: Brunch, Cleanliness, Ease
Location: The Oslo Central Train Station is right there where you can walk on the overpass connecting to Oslo City Mall. Great shopping district & restaurants.
The hotel is very well maintained but going through renovations which made the outside entrance unappealing. We unfortunately experienced a flood or back up in our bathroom but it was quickly handled professionally, courteously, and remedied immediately by relocating to another room. The brunch was absolutely FABULOUS! They couldn't improve on it as they have got everything covered for an amazing start to your day whether gluten free, light, fast, take away ... you name it they've got it covered. AWESOME! Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice businessman's hotel - centrally located

Pros: Central location, near central train station.
Cons: While under renovation, the large garbage bin in the front of hotel was not choice.
Although the hotel was currently under renovation, our room and the use of the beautiful restaurant - 34th Level - was definitely sufficient for our needs. The staff was helpful through out our stay. Excellent location for all sights in Oslo.

Pros: The breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor is AMAZING!
Location: Oslo City Mall is right across the street with Starbucks and awesome sushi!
We had a minor flood in our room and they quickly remedied the situation and upgraded our room.

Great location near the train and super breakfast

Pros: Location and the delicious breakfast with very good layout and service from staff.
Cons: The need for better service in the 34th floor bar and a restaurant that was more reasonably priced.
Location: Great location to walk and see attractions. Also close to shopping and restaurants. Really liked that we could walk over from the train station.
This is a business hotel which is very close to the train station. It was a good location. The service in the lobby bar was great but not the same for the bar on the 34th floor. We went for a drink just after it opened one night and there were dirty coffee cups still on the window counter. The service was not welcoming and little things were annoying: no napkins or coasters and my glass was wet at the bottom, the bill folder had a sticky substance on it, and the cost of drinks was very pricey for less than average bar service. Made us afraid to try the fancy restaurant for fear of more of the same. Otherwise, the room and hotel were as expected.

Phone in reception not answered

Pros: Good Gym
Cons: Service overall . When I arrived I was in the Queue, the reception staff served someone else and did not point the person to the queue
Location: good location
The hotel does not take visa debit card , which means I had to find cash point and give them cash on account , in this age of modern technology Why?

Good location but that was all that was good

Cons: Needs a refurb, I understand one is underway
Helpful friendly staff but unable to resolve issues Safe wouldn't work and staff unable to fix No hairdrier though one was delivered later Bathroom door handle kept falling off, staff just shoved it on again sauna and pool area very poor, especially access Breakfast food good but very cramped tables Good location
