Great staff, not so much for the rooms
Posted Aug 29, 2016
our first room was overheated with no window (80 degrees Fahrenheit). The staff told us there was nothing they could do, so they offered to switch the room. the second room was too warm as well, but had a window. The window was directly next to the bells that ring every quarter hour. Apparently every room on that side of the hotel is wired so that if you want to sleep with the lights out, you have to shut down the master switch - meaning you can't charge any electronics while you are sleeping. Staff was apologetic and helpful. It's in a great location!
