The staff were exceptionally friendly, and made my stay in Oslo the best trip ever. They couldn't do enough to help me find things to do and places to go. I would stay here again, no questions asked... even if the rooms are a bit small ;)
Overall I was pleasantly surprised, for a reasonably priced hotel the lounge in the foyer was welcoming and comfortable, with a good supply of local information and back up products if anything had been forgotten when packing. The staff were happy, smiley and welcoming and breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. The only let down was that the room was not ready when I checked in at around 1700 although quickly rectified and the mattress cover was very dirty and covered in other guests hair. I was in general really impressed, I would recommend the hotel and plan to stay again.
nice stay. It was all I needed. Didn’t purchase the additional breakfast because I was leaving early, but man did it smell good! The staff is very friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend
