They shoud rename the restaurant the artic circle Meal was excellebt servicr super but the place was cold ruined the whole evening I asked twice for heating but told not possible leasure facitities 10 out of 10 The other facture was someonr managent was eating with 2 friends which no issue however hogging the only table at the fire and no heat coming even from it so i would say great hotel but avoid the evening resturant until they sort the heating

Great stay, good location. Amazing breakfast and a spacious room. No air conditioning, so the room was really hot, even if you could open the window. Didn’t use the spa area, but it looked really nice!

3 night business stay for trade show
3 night business trip. Ceck in was easy and simple however when i got to the room it was a small single room with hardly enough room to turn around. So back down stairs and reception found me another suitable room that matched my booking. Not the best start and was easily avoidable by the hotel. All in all didnt detract from a comfortable stay.

The staff are very reserved and impersonal. The food was dissapointing Salomon and the burger. We also ordered the clubsandwich at the bar - it was prepared on Old toasted bread and very sad to pay 176 kr a piece. in general the staff seemed very stressed

Gret hotel in Lillestrøm
I styaed at this Thon hotel as part of a business trip. The hotel is very new and of a high standard. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a relatively short walk to the main part of the city centre. Recommended!

High quality stay at Thon Arena
Thon Arena boosts high quality rooms which are very well thought out. Local area Lillestrøm has a few shops and restaurant open at night. Train connection to Oslo central is very smooth taking less than 30 minutes from leaving the hotel to arriving Oslo S.

Convenient overnight business stay
Really convenient location, both in terms of proximity to my Customer but also the ease of getting here from Oslo airport, as it’s on the main train line into Oslo central station. Friendly check in, a short walk into town. Can get quite busy when there’s an event on as it’s right next to an exhibition centre! Breakfast buffet in the morning has loads of choice, including for those with dietary requirements, such as gluten free, etc.

Weekend trip
We did not enjoy this hotel as much as we thought we would. We did not get the room we ordered and the personal said that we had not paid the room and used a long time to find this out. When we finally got the room there was no hot water in the shower and it was just a small dobble room and we had ordered a larger room. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Alt i alt fint, men vi frøs vi havde kun 16 grader på værelset det er for koldt især med små børn, udover kulden var alting rigtigt fint. Det skal lige siges at der var meget koldt om natten, men derfor burde man kunne holde varmen på sit hotel værelse.
