“初めて利用させて頂きましたが、オーナーさんも良い人で親切に対応して頂きました。
部屋も掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。
キッチンもあり自炊ができるのと、お風呂もあるので、着替えだけを持って気軽に利用できると思います。
今回は2階の部屋でしたが、次回利用する機会があれば１階の部屋にしてみようかと思います。”

“I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement.
But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response.……
