“Unfortunately we were told we had been upgraded to two bedroom chalets instead of the modern three bedroom villa we had originally booked for our group. This wasn’t an upgrade as the chalets are much older and the facilities weren’t as nice, although we did have more room. “The rooms are very small and basic and in need of a lick of paint. The room was clean and the bedding crisp and white. Don't expect any amenities in your room, they are basic and in a communal area in the hall. But that is explained in the room described. “Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling……

“Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Decor could do with a general freshen up but was suitable for our needs. Liked that the rooms were away from street frontage which helped minimise road noise. Owner very friendly and helpful.”
