"We loved our stay here. The location is superb, walking distance to Rastoke and only a 28 minute drive to the lakes. The apartment is gorgeous, really nicely finished and has everything you could need. We had an excellent time and loved all the thoughtful touches like fresh tomatoes and strudel. The donkey was a delight too. we did have a smidge of trouble finding it, as the one key sign is visible from one direction, not the other, but a lovely spot close to the lakes and other activities such as horse riding and a bat cave"

I read the other reviews regarding the small size of the flat and factored this in. "Incredibly nice family with above and beyond service. We were stuck just up the road after dinner with no car and no taxis or Ubers to be found due to it being just the start of off-season. A taxi was no issue the next morning, but word to the wise, even for a single overnight - get a car. One of the daughters very kindly left dinner service to pick us up and we so appreciated it! Wouldn’t accept a tip or anything. Incredibly kind and welcoming family. You won’t regret giving them your business! "
