Visited with 6 of us, large room could hold us all and were happy with size of everything. Pool was great and kids had fun. Only negative to mention is pull out sofa is very thin mattress, so keep in mind if its for adults. If small kids its fine.

We were there for 3 nights in March. It was really nice and clean. The pool was great. Our room was clean and comfortable and equipped with all we needed. I asked for more sheets and pillows and blankets and they brought them very soon. I never asked for cleaning the room but in second day they come and asked if I need anything. The location was great. It has indoor garage.

I choose to stay here as we can get a 1 or 2 BDRM suite (depending on how many of our kids are with us.) Having a kitchen is important to meet our needs. This isn't a complaint, more of a FYI. While pots and lids are available, pans and baking sheets are not. There is a Dollarama around the corner so you can always just grab something from there. Unit was super clean. Very happy with our stay.

This property is extremely dated… The bed was very uncomfortable. For the price I definitely recommend finding somewhere better. It felt like I was staying in a motel from the 80s. There’s a building across the street where it’s very ghetto

Extremely bad attitude and poor judgement on the part of the (new?) staff on Thursday evening, Feb 1. That young man has zero client service skills and a condescendant attitude. His incompetence shows poor judgement of management. I went down to ask for decaf coffee for the room for the morning after. His reaction was not to help me but to question my ask. “Didn’t the room get clean today, why do you need more coffee” he said without showing any sign he would help.even after I explained that it’s caffeinated coffee they leave in the room and I can’t drink cafeine, he started asking if I checked in on the day of and other irrelevant questions. I’m a 55 year old executive and was very polite. Have no idea what triggers that type of attitude other than a total lack of social skills. It was my third night here… personnel earlier was very friendly but that guy ruined the experience. Don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Staff were pleasant and happy to assist. The room was stocked well and clean. The pool was very busy,probably because of the season, but looked nice. We didn’t use it due to lack of time. We had a special family Christmas dinner and all went well. Thank you to the staff. We will return.

Booked a queen suite with kitchen and separate bedroom. Didnt realize until we came back from our outing that it was actually a double bed, with the smallest pillows for a hotel bed, or any adult bed I have ever seen. Headboard was not attached to wall properly and often banged with movement. For a last minute escape, I will not choose this hotel again. TV had limited choices and signal was very poor. Screen kept freezing with big digital squares. Kitchen was nice, full stove and fridge. But coffee maker took forever to make.

This is an older hotel in need of updating, but clean and well maintained. We appreciated the separate rooms for children though they complained that the twin mattresses were hard. Our queen bed was perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but had great water pressure. We enjoyed our stay though unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed for the holidays during our stay.

Good place to stay generally but no vip upgrades offered or even acknowledged and explained not able to offer if fully booked and not available. Some staff seemed pretty indifferent, maybe because there aren’t enough people on staff as there used to be. Quality of stay has definitely slipped since the last time I was there less than a year ago. I’ve stayed at Cartier Suites many times in the past and on the whole it is a good place to stay, but this most recent experience was barely adequate.

We loved having an apartment style hotel room with separate bedroom and kitchen. It made our stay with 3 kids so much easier! The kids loved the outdoor and indoor play areas and the pool and hottub. Although shampoo and shower gel are provided, there is no conditioner. The carpets in our room looked quite stained, though seemed very clean otherwise. Very comfortable beds.

Be careful, bedbugs!!!! we notified the hotel reception that we found bed bugs. They have done absolutely nothing despite promising us they would do something. They had the audacity to accuse us and refused to compensate us for the inconvenience. my kids got bedbug bites and we had to decontaminate all our clothes. we booked a suite for 6 people and there were 6 of us. There was not enough bedding for everyone and only crockery for three people.... Parking is 35$ per day per car Stay away from this hotel

Good value hotel but much in need of a refresh. Also, the “queen” size beds are absolutely not queen size. They are doubles. I talked to the desk and was told it was what they “considered” a queen size. Other than that the hotel is in a great area and the rooms have good amenities.
