We had a billing error, when we brought it up they said it happens all the time.
They charged us almost double the cost, at Christmas time, when money is short already, and won't be refunding us until after Christmas.
Even more upsetting is they know this is an issue and have yet to fix it internally.

We process the guest's credit card at check-in for a pre-authorization. Upon check-out, the hold is released. Depending on the person's bank, this could take a little as three days and up to ten business days. However, due to the Christmas holidays, the bank's release time would have been delayed in this instance. I apologize for this not being clearly communicated to you.
