Booked our stay through expedia, as usual. When we checked in to the hotel, our reservation wasn't there because of some glitch in the info transfer from expedia to them. We drove up there for 4 hrs, i was afraid we lost our reservation over a glitch. Good thing they still honored it and gave us an excellent room right in front of the elevator. Only downside to the place is that they're fixing their 2 elevators on our wing, it was hard when it came to check out since it can only fit 5 adults comfortably. Parking in winter was harsh, had to park on top of an ice sheet, hard for our 2 senior companions to get out of.
