The air conditioner was full of dust and I could barely breathe. The guests in the restaurant were wearing their coats and the waiter told me was because they only had desert. When was the last time you seen 10 people spending 2 hours in the restaurant wearing their parkas? Was so cold we couldn’t enjoy our meal and they didn’t care. I will never go back to this hotel/restaurant ever again.

The hotel and building is one of the most beautiful places I ever been but there was couple details not matching with overall experience. There was some rooms with towel on the bottom of the door in hallway. It looks ugly and raised so many question is your mind. There was complimentary water and wine but they charged us for using them! The toilet paper for a hotel with min 400 per night used the cheapest one in the market isn’t surprised for you?

I believe they’re extremely short staff. I noticed the valet to room service takes much longer than before. Been going there since 1985 and I’m going to continue going there. Hopefully next time they hire more staff.
