Overall it was a good experience. Staff was friendly. Only downside is that the hotel needs updating, carpet needs replacing etc. area was quiet and convenient for us.

A child’s team stayed there and we weren’t given the curtesy of a warning so we heard doors slamming and talking all night. The dining was limited and small, the coffee was horrible.

The place was having renovations but the hallway had garbage on the floor and a desk in the hallway full of ah caramels and cooked crushed up and the drawer was wide open. The ice machine was broken as well and looked very old and desparaged.

This is a very tired property going under a complete renovation. The pool and hot tub are closed. We booked a room and didn’t realized it was a room for a disabled person. Perhaps this hotel will be better when it is renovated but until then if we have to book a hotel in this area we will choose another property.

The staff was super nice and organized. Very easy and fast check-in/check/out. The facilities were under construction, so some amenities were not available. For example the pool. I was disappointed not being able to use the pool and there should have been some sort of construction discount. Aside from that everything was great. The bed was very comfy.

Not pretty, but still good
Served its purpose... under wholesale renovations but clean... no pool, standard breakfast, hot water takes FOREVER to hit your shower. Pleasant staff, ample parking... all in all, an okay stay

Rooms are very out dated! And in serious need of renovations. Door safety lock was broken. T.V flickered all night. Bathrooms tiles would be falling off the walls if it wasent for the huge amount of silicone holding them together.

Liked: accessibility suite, big easy access shower Liked: convenient location, reasonably priced Like: continental breakfast, staff were very helpful anytime I had a question or something to get fixed Didn't like: bathroom door's upper hinges were coming undone, one screw even came off AC/Heater: had to turn the heater off as it came on very often and kept us awake most of the night until I realized where the noise was coming from

Not quite like other Quality Inns. Location was the reason for the stay, but the room itself was lacking. Lacking things such as a closet, toilet paper holder (yeah TP roll on the sink) and towel hooks instead of rods.

There was spots of mold in the bath/shower. This bothered me because I needed to bathe my children. Also, the pool was closed which wasn’t disclosed when I was booking two nights with my children. Definitely changed our experience.

Definitely won’t be going back. The front desk staff were not friendly or too helpful and just very short when questioned about their check-in policy etc. Didn’t see signs or the property being ‘newly renovated’ as they stated. Hard to contact the front desk from your room. House keeping team was lovely.
