The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was warm.

Dissappointed to say the least

Pros: Access to highway and parking was wonderful
Cons: Maintenance must be improved. If they are claiming to have a hot tub it really ought to be functioning.
After 8 hours in a car We were looking forward to loosening up in the hot tub. Since we couldn't get the jets to work we went to the front desk and the clerk came and was able to get some circulation but not full power. Upon entering the water we discovered that it was just warm and we were told that it would be reported to maintenance in the morning. When we turned in for the night we discovered there were no blankets just a very heavy comforter so in the morning we requested a blanket and found a very old blanket laying on the bed which had burn marks and holes in it. There was very little toilet paper on the role and we had to go to the front desk and request a replacement. I'm don't know what housekeeping looks at when they visit each day but certainly not the overall condition of the bathroom.

Enjoyed My Stay

Good location...right off the the highway...close to restaurants, shopping and all amenities.

Pros: not much
Cons: needs better cleaning and complete refurbishment
Location: ok
not good!!! okay you want more, bathroom floor covered with dried pee!!

Parking and breakfast included was great. Helped to keep cost down with a large group. The lady who was working at the buffet for cleaning up and stocking was excellent. She did a amazing job at making us feel like we where staying at a friends place! Front desk staff also very accommodating and friendly.

disappointing stay

Pros: breakfast
Cons: cleanliness, upkeep
Location: right beside the police station and near the Orleans mall and near a lot of stores and restaurants.
I was looking forward to staying at this hotel on our 17th wedding anniversary. I was looking forward to the pool and the hot tub. The pool was freezing with a big strand of hair in it and the hot tub and just warm and was dirty and we left when we saw a lot of hair. The rugs were full of dirt on our floor. Luckily, our room was clean. The door didn't properly lock and the light in the bathroom was burnt (the main one). When we told the desk staff, she said there was no housekeeping so there was nothing she could do. Breakfast was pretty good!

Nice hotel.

Pros: The staff, continental breakfast and pool.
Cons: Minor repairs to bathroom door lock and facial mirror.
Hotel was comfortable for the night. Take your own pillows because like most hotel pillows, they were high so uncomfortable. The staff was accommodating because they put us away from hockey teams which were staying there for a traditional Christmas tournament. The hotel was short on blankets, perhaps because of the hockey teams. Minor repairs to room fixtures were required. The continental breakfast was well worth the stay!!

Return trip was as good as our first stay.

We stayed here in March and returned because it's clean & comfortable. We'll use it again in the future.
