I was looking forward to staying at this hotel on our 17th wedding anniversary. I was looking forward to the pool and the hot tub. The pool was freezing with a big strand of hair in it and the hot tub and just warm and was dirty and we left when we saw a lot of hair. The rugs were full of dirt on our floor. Luckily, our room was clean. The door didn't properly lock and the light in the bathroom was burnt (the main one). When we told the desk staff, she said there was no housekeeping so there was nothing she could do. Breakfast was pretty good!
