Hotel needs upgrading

Cons: Security of hotel is lacking and also should upgrade to an elevator
Disappointed the hotel has 2 floor but no elevator, we have to haul suitcase through the stairs. The back door of hotel should have been secured with room card but can easily opened

Cons: Remplacer matelas
Bel hôtel, certaines choses seraient à améliorer pour le confort (matelas et bruit de la climatisation entre autres).

Close to a lot of eateries and not too far from. The highway we needed.

Quiet And Relaxing

Pros: Close to Ottawa.
Cons: Would have been nice to have complementary breakfast included. Always makes a difference when I chose a hotel.
Location: Located close to shopping plaza.
Was there on travel in Ottawa, and it was fairly close to the Ontario side. Very nice staff, gave an upgrade to my room upon check in.

Hotel propre

Pros: Près de tout à Gatineau et nous y étions que de passage pour une nuit
Cons: Le personnel à la reception pourrait avoir un sourire ce serait plus plaisant.
Location: Bien situé
Désoant puisqu'il n'y a pas d'ascenceur, la prochaine fois je demaderais une chamber au 1er étage. Avions demandé un réveil pour 10h00 mais nous l'avons eu à 11h00 heure de depart, par contre il nous on laissé jusqu'à 11h30 pour sortir. La reception n'a pas été capable de me donner une copie de ma facture et on m'a dit que c'était Expédia qui devait me la fournir mais j'ai payé directement à l'hotel. J'ai besoin de cette copie et je ne peux pas l'obtenir.

Not great

The hotel accidentally booked my room twice, and then insisted I was the one who had checked into the wrong room, which made no sense. Not a great experience at a less then impressive hotel.

Nice Hotel.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and their English was very good. A common problem I find with all hotel not just this one, the white bed sheets. I had two young children with me, so the thought of them getting anything on the white sheets was worrisome.

Bed was comfy

Pros: Rooms were clean and beds were nice
Cons: Taller showers
Bed was nice, I am 6'3" and the shower head was below my nose and the greeter dude at the front desk spoke at approximately 3dB. He was so hard to hear. The girl in the morning was apparently nice, but it was one of my travel mates that talk to her. I would stay there again, but 2330 arrival time leaves less than ideal levels of patience to deal with the few frustrations.
