Room was extremely filthy. It does not appear that they clean the rooms in between guests and areas like behind the nightstand and beside the bed do not get vacuumed ever. Found hair and stains on the mattress. There was also many small black bugs in the room. TV did not work to top it all off when I tried to complain to the staff they said their manager was not available for a full seven days and could not be reached by email or phone. It appears like there is full-time residence living in the rooms and some unsavoury characters hanging out in front of the rooms during the day. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. I originally booked for three days but left after the first day and was able to get a refund From Expedia And rebooked at a different hotel.

OMG, found cockroach and spider net, the sofa bed was without sheets; the breakfast was included but we ended up having our breakfast in second cup, the only had cereal without milk and bad made muffins.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and fine, though a bit small. But it's a motel, after all! Price was reasonable relative to other options, and it's pretty handy to any part of Ottawa - so no complaints for a one night stay!
