The hotel is amazing. Adequate security in the facility. The rooms are soo spacious. The only challenge was that the water heaters weren’t heating well and the air conditioning apart from this I really enjoyed my stay at Laico 2000.

This property was once upon a time the best Hotel in the country and even the region with Extra equipment, Extra amenities and Extra food. Today, he is under the Lancaster brand (after being Laico since its first opening). Prices are higher but the value is far behind unfortunately (equipment is getting old with low maintenance, personnel in the restaurant is not welcoming at all, literally shouting on customers, etc.). Unfortunately, he is still, barely, the best option in Ouagadougou, but other alternatives are getting better at a fast pace. Not sure to come back to this property for a while.
