Lovely quaint hotel perfectly situated in town.Posted Nov 18, 2015
Pros: Great location, great town, beautiful antiques, and interesting history.
Cons: Coffee at breakfast was too weak.
Location: Early November was a good time to visit but the railroad was closed for the season.
The hotel and lobby are lovely. Our room was very nice, very comfy bed and good towels. The only downside was the Continental breakfast. The coffee was so weak we didn't want it. Do, we went elsewhere for our breakfast.

Pros: Charming old style.
Cons: Hand towels in BR. Box labeled "rags" is low class.
Location: Great location convenient to explore Ouray and environs.
Excellent in general. Nice renovation, comfortable room. Expected upscale dining in hotel, but found it nearby.

A week in HeavenPosted Aug 21, 2015
This was a dream come true for us to be able to go back in time and stay at the Beaumont. However, not sacrificing any comforts. The spa lotions, the pillows, the bed , the robes, the tub and on and on. We loved it. We also loved the view from the second floor, breathtaking!

Loved the Historic BeaumontPosted Aug 19, 2015 on Hotels
We loved the Beaumont hotel. The rooms were wonderful! It was great to stay in this historic building. We were disappointed however with the service at the front desk. Also the complementary breakfast wasn't very good compared to other breakfasts we have had at other hotels.

Stayed here last weekend during a family wedding. Staff and room was wonderful! Also had a great massage at the spa! It's a wonderful hotel with a lot of history.

beautifully restored motel downtown Ouray.Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: The bathtub was great after a long days hike.
Cons: We would have used the spa services if they were priced better.
Location: Took some day trips to silverton and Durango. Hiked the ouray perimeter trail. The scenery was spectacular.
Lovey stay. Great room, nicely restored. Friendly helpful staff. We walked to everything in ouray from the hotel as well as some nice day hikes on the trails.

The nicest hotel in the areaPosted Jul 14, 2015
Beautiful hotel historic but very comfortable. Big rooms and lots of storage. Don't look for a lot of assistance with luggage as there is only one staff clerk on duty at the desk at any time! Of course that said there isn't a lot of tipping that has to occur. Parking is close and convenient.
