The on-site hot springs and the box canyon hiking trail nearby were a huge selling point at this place! They had a nice office/lounge area for breakfast etc, and the rooms were very cozy! Ouray, CO is a very small and comfortable town too, always a great place to visit!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and nice. The hot springs on site are very cool. To top it off the hotel is only a couple minute walk to Main St. Will be back next time I’m in town

The property was ok. The Hot Springs was the best feature. It is high altitude. I developed hypoxia from the thin air. On advice of my Cardiologist, I had to leave after the first night of a three night booking. I explained to the front desk, she was very understanding and said they had seen it before. The company then charged me for three nights, not the one we stayed, and refused to refund the overcharge saying only that it was their policy. A policy of deceiving their clients. Beware of this company. They ripped me off, diverted the complaint to "management" then wouldn't take my calls. These people are bad to do business with, stay away!
