Nice change from Durango

Stopover from tour of Colorado before heading to Moab. Very nice old west town, excellent steak at The Outlaw as well.

Great natural hot springs

The hotel was peaceful, clean and in close proximity to the resturants (walking distance). The hot springs were excellent and felt great after a day of hiking.

Great place to relax. Very hot water in the tubs. It snowed on us; 8 inches.

Great hotel

We got a free upgrade to a large suite, which was fantastic. Huge, beautiful room. Great hot springs right in the back of the hotel. My only complaint was that we never had hot water in our shower. The first morning I complained about it, the front desk said it was just because everyone was showering at the same time. The second morning they said they'd send the maintenance guy up, but after 3 hours, we had to go. They were very friendly and apologetic about it, but it was a bummer (luckily, there were hot springs!!).

It was amazing. We stayed for our anniversary. It was quiet and comfortable. The hot tubs were busy, but people were courteous and didn't stay too long. The staff was polite and prompt. They have restaurant menus and recommendations in booklets in the room so we knew what was on the menu before we left for dinner. Most of the restaurants and shops on main street are within walking distance (even with several inches of snow on the ground). I asked via Hotels.com to have a bottle of champagne and strawberries waiting in our room and they called to get a price range from me and were more than happy to accommodate. If it fits in your schedule and budget, stay at this hotel.

After a nice romantic dinner in town, nothing quite compares to a soothing soak in the hot springs, followed by champagne and chocolates. Nice hotel relaxing and much needed

I didn't have too much experience with the staff but, every time I did see them in passing or the front desk they were great! The rooms are big! I actually expected an old out dated hotel but I was very very wrong! Will be going back soon!
